Don't wast your time working in metric for panel they are designed in imperial use it. It will save you a tone of headaches.   7. If the complete screen fits yes that is an option I designed the rwr to work that way
  8. It all depends on where he wants the screen to set built in to the clock bezel or to sit behind the clock and MIP( Main Instrument Panel) I could not find a data sheet on that screen a that unit may just fit in to the bezel but the face screw holes would be blocked by the screen.

  12. This would be for a real seat I have not seen what DCS has done. The remove before flight banner sit diagonally across the seat pan. The left side as you sit in the seat in the safe pin for the Arm handle is located behind the pivot point of the Seat arm lever. The second pin goes thew a hole under the emergency release handle securing it

  15. what you sit on is the seat pan. the seat back is at a 90° the set in to relation to it in what way? What are you calling the back panel? from the seat to the top of what? the ejection set or the top of the parachute container? The width of the seat (seat Pan) or the widest point of the ejection seat( the entire chair)?

  17. I am a bit confused. you are writing about degrees ° but marking them as feet ', what are you basing your placement on? What are you calling the seat base? Are you making and A-10 replica or an F-16? your problem is? making the seat with different angles to fit in the size of what?

  24. if i may suggest don't worry about the switch body being beefier find the correct locking bushing style that is in the aircraft find the cheapest switch of that style. I have over 200 used mil spec switch may be 2 have been bad check out the 3rd page for locking bushing styles
  25. If you are looking for a cone head , two position locking switch the 8855K8 is just fine it is a miniature switch meaning the body of the switch is about .5 inch square nothing beefier is needed
