Man your guage overlays look great. I want to try an replicate this so what material did you use and what did you cut it with? Looks awsome instead of just a lcd screen sitting there.

This is an awesome way of doing it. I tested using flat clear spray paint on a laminated panel I cut out and the flat clear knocks off the shine and looks more real and may help with uv

I forget which no Ida drver it was but one just before the latest release. I only installed the base mod and it works great now. Thank you

Ok got it working.. Had to fool around with the drivers. So which mod are you guys activating with the mod gui? There are several mods in the folder.

How did you guys get this working under win 7 64bit? when i start the game my menu is hidden and flickers. The gui freakes out.

Thank you cichlidfan. The three unused buttons i may program for esc, pause, active pause or F1, F6, F2. I hope to get it useable this weekend minus the led board.

I have both sets of pedals for two different pits and the removal is the same for both. It looks like the only thing that is defferent between the combat and non combat pedals are the foot pedals themself. The internals look the same.

Update #1 I now have the circuit board finished with the green leds installed all i need to do now is build the housing and install the usb control board. Hope this stuff give people some ideas. I did a quick led test with helios last night and it was awsome. I'll get a video up when it's all said and done.

Nice find! Phidgets are not cheap but i know they work with helios so if these boards will work then i'd go that route.

This looks very cool. I'm trying to figure out how to get a vib system working while still wearing a david clark headset. Pm gadroc about helios cuz i'm not sure of anything in helios that make it work.

Thanks for the input gadroc. I'm going to go with the 8 servo control board and start there. They are not cheap but worth the price to me if it works with out alot of messing with.

I'm afraid i don't know how to wright .lua scripts :cry: i have plenty of extra servo to try at home. I fly rc airplanes so ill some different types to see what works. Thank you for the insight

I wonder if PHCC or opencockpit cards would work with helios or not.

Hey very cool setup. How are linking the hardware to dcs? Plus have you tried the bind keys from helios to drive the servo? I am also working on analog gauges.. Keep us updated.

I think with this phidget http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?category=11&product_id=1066 plus this servo http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?product_id=3000[/url] with helios www.scsimulations.com in control.. this should work for most analog gauges. All your limited to is usb ports and money..lol A full range of motion servo with a usb control board that can very speed and angle with helios linking the two with a-10c it should work. This option is not cheap but all i really want to make is about 5 so it's not to bad. If anyone else has tried this.. please let me know. Edit: Updated Servo.
