Since updated to 1.2.8 I am unable to login to master server. Every time I click login, the game just freeze up then after a while (4-5 minutes) it says "Can't connect to Master". This problem occurred right after I updated the game to 1.2.8. Everything was working fine when it was 1.2.7. I've tried delete whole DCS save folder so new fresh configuration files can be create, but it doesn't seem to solve the problem. Previously, I also encountered this problem during 1.2.8 open beta. But since it was beta, I just roll-back to 1.2.7 and everything just working again. However, now that 1.2.8 is officially released roll-back is not really possible for me since I'm using a Steam version which automatically update. ( Not to mention all my friends are now on 1.2.8 ) Help would be much appreciated. :cry:

On the bright side, at least they are not useless... Also I think all AI in DCS can see through the forest. There was a time when I was trying to hide from a tank behind the forest but the tank still able to see and shoot at me through the forest. :noexpression:

I has noticed that when hard points are removed, the Wire Strike Protection Systems are missing. With hard points. Without hard points. Also for Standard Army skin if you remove hard points it will display incorrect skins. Standard Army with hard points. Standard Army without hard points.

In my opinion you cannot compare War Thunder to DCS, War Thunder is more arcade compared to DCS. Point and shoot. Also, those WWII birds doesn't have these complex avionics we are having in DCS birds today. I cannot imagine how can I operate a DCS level A-10C simulation with a single joypad? With all the keys mapping we have in DCS today I don't think that gonna happen. Of course, if the console were to have a keyboard and a decent HOTAS then it might be somewhat possible.

Yes, I can't say that it not worth my money. Both UH-1 and Mi-8 are great product, but 60% off for a new product after several weeks of release is absurd. If it was 10-25% sale I wouldn't mind it that much. Really, if Belsimtek keep this marketing strategy up, there won't be anyone left to buy their full price product.

My friend flew HUEY for more than 10 years, and he told me that what we have now is pretty accurate. :joystick: Helicopter is an unstable machine, it takes practice to master it.

My friend flew UH-1H in our air force (Royal Thai Air Force) for more than 10 years. He said that ETL does not effect control of aircraft in real life. Yes, the vibration is there but it does not effect the aircraft control. I hope they will fix it in the final version. :joystick:
