Also the price difference between a 650w and an 850w is often very little. Meaning it's a no brainer going for that extra bit of power as you would have enough headroom to sli/cf in the future.

I have been trying to get either of these two profiles to work for some time now (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=84362 and http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=58484) but they just don't seem to work in game. I'm going to give a rundown on everything I do to install them so that someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. Here goes; Download profile Extract to desktop Place .lua in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS A-10C\Config\Input\Aircrafts\A-10C\joystick Place .pr0 in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Saitek SD6 Profiles Right Click the Saitek X52 Pro Flight Control System icon on the bottom right of the taskbar Select the profile with a left click Open up DCS: A-10C Options Controls Select one of the boxes in the X52 Column Clear Category Load Profile Select the .lua Click OK Load up a quick mission Profile doesn't work I'm really desperate for help, I've been trying to work this out for a while now and it's really ruining the game for me and making it a lot harder to learn things. Help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Do you think TM will make a HOTAS for the new ED sim? I'm tempted to get the TM Warthog but don't want to get it if a F-18 HOTAS could be coming out soon.

I have never played BS. A-10C was my first ED sim and my first proper simulator (had only played IL2-WoP etc before). It's nails to learn but as someone else said it's extremely satisfying. I found the easiest way to learn was to replay training missions over 5 or so times before moving onto the next one that way you actually learn it rather than forgetting it 5mins later.

My Uncle is a Merlin HM1 pilot in the Royal Navy and I know from him that your eyesight has to be perfect upon joining. Not sure if it's different for the RAF.

I thought you had to have perfect vision upon joining but if your eyesight deteriorated afterwords then you could get military issue glasses

Basically, I decided to connect a 20" screen in landscape mode to my PC and run a dual monitor setup as I want to be able to play DCS: A-10C on one screen and have manuals, checklists, Airfield diagrams etc on the other screen so that I don't have to alt+tab out to get the information off them. However, if I move my mouse onto the 20" monitor and click on something, the game minimizes on my main screen. I've searched Google and a lot of people are having the same problem, but I couldn't find any fixes. As all of the threads I came across were quite old I thought I'd make one myself to see if there is any way around this nowadays. So, if anyone is able to help me sort this out then it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I would buy any jet really aslong as it's good quality and I like the jet in real life. I'd love any Harrier, preferably GR7/9. I'd also like Su-27/33/Mig-29/F-16 (providing DCS do the F-18C)

Some people are saying that this P-51D would be easier for ED to design etc than the A-10C, KA-50, if that is true then perhaps ED have put out the P-51D in order to keep the community busy and to give them more time to work on the next fast jet. Also this brings a whole new community of people who are interested in Warbirds, meaning ED will make more money, which may even allow them to hire more people to get produce more planes at a faster rate than they currently are. Good move from ED IMO.
