can you attach your lua file so i can see if mine is the same? export lua file

I am using the F18 and I can't seem to get the way to function. The program loads, it opens up so i can select point on map, but nothing happens. I suspect it's the lua file. I had to edit the export lua file as there is already one. this is my export lua file attached, maybe you can see my issue? Export.lua

I can figure out how to input the frequencies, but can you edit the name as well? Thanks by the way!

It's normal (well, i see the same thing). The contrast makes the green kind of wonky i think my .2 cents worth....

just adjust your altimeter setting until it agrees with your radalt signal, this then should give you the correct altimeter setting in theory.. Not sure what the hornet height is for loss of radalt signal but the aircraft i fly on it's 5000 ft. So after 5K your radalt is unreliable and not to be used, and not sure why you would want to at that height anyways (AGL)

I am really enjoying the campaign, but would like to see some AAR as well, minor point though. One item which i would like to change is at start up. The other aircraft start and launch so quickly, i barely get #1 lit up and they are launching. Would be cool if we could taxi in sequence and launch one after the other. Anyways, great campaign!.

Regardless which aircraft i use, the kneeboard font is mostly unreadable. The size if ok, just not clear enough to read it. Any ideas?

When i use headphones with DCS the sound starts out good but slowly starts to become scratchy and noisy, then it either becomes silent or very quiet and scratchy. It's a strange problem because at the start it sounds crisp and loud and if i use my monitor's speaker, it sounds just fine. My headphones work without a problem when i am listening to anything else on my PC so i am certain it has something to do with DCS or my settings within DCS. i have attached my log file if someone has a spare moment to have a look, i am using DCS F18. Did you check your stick using the X52 programmer or using the game controller program (joy.cpl)

You only see IAS on the HUD, but if you look at the HSI you will see ground speed or TAS ( I think). Is there a reason you need to see Ground speed? When taxiing you can generally see from visual cues if your too fast.

yeah, i cant seem to figure it out. All my switches seem to be in the correct position. On the throttle, is on FORWARD, or AFT When i start cold, the switch is always FORWARD, and i select it AFT

i turn on the light master switch and then the other associated rotor switches to increase brightness of formation lights etc

i can't seem to get my external lights to work, including the formation lights. I select the switch on the throttle, increase the brightness of all the switches but still no luck. What am i missing?

I'd love to try VR, but don't think 9er domestic will allow me...LOL I'll keep on trying, certainly takes all my concentration to get near the boom, just can't get that last finishing touch i guess.... Thanks for the reply

Refueling Wow, the most frustrated I have ever been is trying to tank this pig :helpsmilie::mad::helpsmilie: I have only connected once after about 10 hours of trying.....sigh..:cry: It seems like I am right behind the tanker, matched speed but the boom just doesn't want to go in. Is there any trigger I am missing possibly? I try to get as trimmed as possible but my old X52 just won't stay as steady as i want, perhaps that might be the issue, or i just plain suck (most likely) :doh::doh:

Mission 10 Bullseye offset Well, i have attempted this mission 20 times with no luck:cry::mad: I can get through most of it, but it seems the bullseye offset is my crutch. Is it 030 at 33 or 300 at 33. Normally the call would say ZERO THREE ZERO AT 33 or THREE ZERO ZERO at 33, but when you say THREE ZERO its ambiguous. So is it 030 at 33 or 300 at 33. Yeah, i suck but i really need to get past this.....LOL:doh::doh::doh:

x52 profile issue Hi all Having a huge headache with my X52 when I use A-10C. For whatever reason when i make a profile and i use a CTRL or SHIFT key they key is not recognized. For example, CTRL C opens and closes canopy but when i program it and then go to the game it's not recognized. Letters work, for example, W for wheel brake works just fine. Is there something i am doing wrong when i program my X52. I use the test function in the X52 program and it show's the CTRL or SHIFT key works when i select whichever button i programmed but just doesn't work when i go into the sim. :mad::mad::mad: rookie here....sigh

I have the same problem with the A-10C using a x52 stick and throttle. All my other aircraft ( f86, SU 25 and KA 50) work perfectly fine. I cannot get the throttle's to move at all, when I am doing a cold start. Even the keyboard commands don't work,very very frustrating. Now during the cold start I have no roll command, just pitch and rudder. When I launch on the runway or in the air all works fine...WTF I have reinstalled, deleted profiles, all that I can think of, but nothings...sigh
