You can only tap it and it will hold its new position. It is pretty different from Ka-50, because in Huey, it is not connected to any autopilot/SAS, your cyclic inputs are directly transfered to the swashplate. Holding down the rim button does not have any function here also, imho there is no force relieving from the collective stick here.

I would rather see this beautiful beast in DCS. I hope that one day we will! :thumbup:

+1 NoE flying is useful mainly when some radar threat is posible (SAMs, fighters) ...

...and then TMS up short to lock the target, try it multiple times, until the Mav sensor recognises the target :smilewink:

Black Shark is not a front line warrior, try to handle it as it is a sniper :thumbup: ...always try to stay out of the max range of your enemies, Vikhr missiles has greater range than almost every unit in DCS World, except mid/long range SAMs. If you will get engaged by bad guys, break off to safe distance and repeat your approach with more recon. Zero seeders count may be caused by server maintenance that was announced by Wags. Be patient and wait till it's done. It should be seeded by ED at least...

The main thing I love on vanilla Su-25 is the old fashioned instrument flying, without any help of fancy MFDs or HUD. One of the most demanding skills in DCS World is landing it in zero visibility conditions using your analog instruments only :joystick: :pilotfly::D
