  1. ...so it should work as expected. But little sloppiness will be always there, unfortunately thats the dark side of the force of this great stick. You can take a look at my simffb settings.
  2. But did you start SimFFB after the mission was loaded? It is important, otherwise it will not work. Or if the SimFFB is already on, Alt+Tab out of DCS and go to Options> Init DirectInput.
  3. Both methods are correct, every for other situation. For Huey I use tapping method, for BS the "press-hold-maneuver-release" one is more comfortable for me due to the autopilot cooperation. Edit: You can try this easy way to extend your stick a little: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=84518 It will give you some extra throw and that means more precision in controls without the need of setting axis curvature in options. Don't worry about your new stick, it's safe. I'm using it for about a year now.
  4. ...and one more important thing I posted elsewhere
  5. I watched your vid and I noticed that when youre coming out of ETL (see^^^) you have a very little collective. You should pull it more. And dont lift your nose so hard, make your approach more smooth. ...and one more notice - try to fly it more like an airplane than a chopper
  6. Nice, that scene is legendary... This "GET SOME BABY" should be added into a game when you press the trigger :D
  7. Oh my god, what a wonderful piece of machinery. We want moaaarrr :D
  8. Hey thats clever with those microswitches. So the yaw axis is independent to the cyclic trim? And is the cyclic trimmer conected to the autopilot (SAS)?
  9. Try to: - set Master Arm to "Armed", maybe "Safe" position should be OK too, dunno now or, when Master Arm doesn't help - click the switch on the copilot's sight to light the sight's bulb or - RTB and trounce your ground crew :D
  10. What about MY new avatar?
  11. Yes, the pilot's sight IS fixed as it should be :smilewink:
  12. Looks like it has... https://forums.leapmotion.com/showthread.php?1008-Mouse-Emulation
  13. Yea, but still I cant move the door guns, nor the flex sights with mouse without pausing trackir... Now get rid off of that "ghost" reticule and add the real projected one  It seems to me, that in/out ETL vibrations were tuned also. They are still there, with the same amplitude, but with lower frequency. Dunno about you guys, but this helped me a lot with helo movement anticipation  But I didnt feel any changes to the FM yet. Maybe it feels a little more forgiving, or maybe I'm becoming more experienced pilot :smilewink: Dev-guys, can you provide us a complete changelog? Best regards, S.
  14. It was there before 1.2.5 +1
  15. Why? Russian machines are known for easy maintenance, am I right?
  16. There is no problem with landing there, the problem is to get out of there :D http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=105526
  17. ...or you can mod the campaign log file for the acces to the next mission. But dunno exactly how.
  18. It is planned for some future update, maybe for the final release.
  19. Agree, war is not a fair game :D
  20. Maybe classified...? :music_whistling::D
  21. Just some vids to show and describe how the lift is generated and why stall conditions can occur.
  22. Best regards to you and all your collegues. Have you met our Czech AF Hip pilots and staff? Say hello to them from me, too. :D They should be training Afghan AF Hip pilots somewhere in Kabul.
  23. Exactly... Maybe they cut bigger slice of bread than they can eat till the release. Ok, we'll wait, we have loooooooads of time :smilewink:
  24. That's a good tip and I have another one. Choose some reference point on the ground a try to keep it in the lower right corner of the lower windscreen. It is relevant for the pilot, for copilot you should use the opposit corner, of course :smilewink: I tried to lean out of the open door, but there is still the invisible wall as it is closed. Edit: Maybe PeterP could do his lua-magic about this :D
