Who's making an Apache? I've never heard of someone doing a DCS: AH-64D.... are you sure you don't mean the Cobra? Regarding the OP: There is a chance we may be seeing DCS: AH-1S or AH-1W in the future, so keep a look out for that.

If you want to buy a DCS: WW2 plane purely for singleplayer combat and dogfighting, you should wait until the WW2 map is released, by then there might be more to to. However, you can fight on multiplayer which is great fun at the moment :) On a side note, the Mustang is complete and the Dora is not and is still in beta, so keep that in mind.

If you mean when you're flying in a straight line and yank the stick back and the plane starts to spin and you lose control.... that is a stall because of too much change in AOA.

I don't think it's too slow, I think that the sense of speed in DCS isn't enough, especially when low to the ground. It's a possibility that EDGE might change this but I am not sure.

You can get rid of long range sams if you bait them to shooting at you, and then you dive behind a mountain or some good cover that will make them waste the missile. Eventually they will run out of ammo )))

The frogfoot is a CAS plane which means no radar which is why he didn't show on your RWR :) Sorry I can't offer much help, I only fly Russian planes :)
