Got shot by AAA and couldnt lower the main gear so I had to land with nose wheel down but unlocked. Not the best situation but somehow worked out :thumbup:. The manual for the F-86E states one should pull the "landing gear emergency release handle".... does anyone know where this thing hides? :huh:. It is also described here -> Utility hydraulic system (which is obviously for the F-86F).

Not a video from DCS, but some insights on a real-world F-86F, so I thought this is worth sharing here. There are more videos in his channel just search for "sabre" in the search. The other videos are also worth looking at since there are very detailed explanations about engine parts.

Its probably upsetting the gyros to much.

Just played around and somehow it only worked by pushing gently forward and going into a negative G dive (as John does). Roll over and positive G dive didnt work a single time.

Its even worse if you do your calculation for the GAU-8 (up to 4200rds/min). However.. still cheap compared to other weapons, e.g. a single AIM-120 which costs about 1'000'000$.

Sometimes it is best to do it the same way they seem to do and just not to care :glare:.

I'd say its not and strictly speaking either the creator or the partner (depends on how they are involved) would have to deliver or refund B and C. But it doesnt matter anyways, since you would have to take legal action against the creator or his partner which would only do more damage than there already is.

From a marketing point of view the loyal customer is probably not as interessting when it comes to rewards, as he is starving for new stuff and buys every new module anyways (maybe even multiple copys to support ED) :D. I seem to be the same kind of guy as you, couldnt buy anything from the rewards ;).

The problem is that we are to loyal... uf your were "semi-loyal" you could have bought the modules missing in your collection and it would have made perfect sence :D. For me I'm not sure where I missed something, since I also figured out only today that the reward was kinda useless for me. Was it communicated like that from the beginning on? Anyways, I think there is no reason for being to pissed about not getting something for free.

Oh yeah, thats where the fun starts :thumbup:. Just played the mission and suffered from spatial disorientation during landing on the ship twice (snow + nightvision = bad) :hehe: and the wind almost got me into VRS.

I'll definitely try to do without :). Bad weather with sidewind and restricted visibility would be interesting too.

AC = aircraft? But was buddy lasing also possible for one player switching from ground unit to aircraft?

If I remember correctly it wasnt possible so far to take control of a ground unit, designate a target with laser, and then switch to an A10C and track the laser with the TGP. So this update would be about something completely different.

I made a quick and dirty tutorial until Cibit finds some time to do it properly ;). Far from perfect but it should get the needle working. I wasn't able to setup the radio properly, even though it was on PK1 there was no morse code once the frequency was tuned in.

Really? Thats strange :unsure:. If I remove my curve from one channel it only gets to around 94.5-95. For my curve I checked the fuel flow, and adjusted it to be just below the point before it starts going up.
