  1. Virtual Horsemen F-86 Promo - Produced by Chuck_Owl It is with great pleasure that we can release our F-86 Sabre promo. Over the last several weeks, we have been working with a fantastic talent on the production of this video. Chuck_Owl has made a reputation within both the DCS & IL-2 communities for producing high quality movies. Those of you that know and follow the real Bremont Horsemen will know that James Horner, the composer, was often referred to as 'The Fourth Horsemen' - Chuck certainly fills that gap within our team. 5. Thank you very much - We had a great time flying yesterday :)
  6. For the first time in our history, The Virtual Horsemen performed in the F-86F Sabre. Faithfully replicating The Bremont Horsemen's routine flown at Nellis Air Force Base in 2012, we trained hard for 7 weeks to ensure that we flew as accurately as possible. For this routine, Pete 'Pman' Collins took the lead, Rob 'Rock' Brindley flew on Right wing and James 'Kestrel' Read flew on the left wing. We would like to extend our thanks for Wijndel 'Wine' Albertsma for being our camera operator for the event and Chris 'STRIKER' Curtiss for narrating our display. We would also like to thank the real Bremont Horsemen Flight Team for their continued support since we founded the team back in later 2008. We look forward to seeing you all at the Virtual-Aerobatics.Com show in February.

  10. Thoroughly enjoyable flight last night - Great to see so many people turn up to help remember our fallen heroes. Hope to see you all again next time!
  11. Looks fantastic - Well done!
  12. Tested in latest hotfix and we still have the same issue
  13. She's a C model and, no, ED didn't. This is our own mod that we've been working on for quite a while
  14. Yes (ish). The issue is the roll to the right. It's completely unpredictable and, when it happens, we have no effective control to try and fight it. This is happening not only when we have one aircraft underneath the other, but also with my wingmen out on left and right wing. It only seems to happen to us as we pitch up through roughly 35 deg of pull. For the record: we have tried the same with a P-51 leading and an F'86 flying underneath. The same effect happened, so we do not think it is to do with the position of player 2's prop specifically - more likely to be with how tight aircraft are flying.
  15. Thank you guys :) This time, we flew an old routine and pairing that we haven't flown since our early days in il2 back in 2008/9 - it was kinda nice to go back to our roots
  16. That may be true for the L-39 but, for the P-51, my wingmen are experiencing the same issue. Although, it effects each aircraft individually, not at the same time.
  17. Here is our replay from the 2015 Virtual Kutaisi Airshow We'll be back on the 24th /25th October with a 3 ship routine at the Virtual United Air Festival!

  19. Both of the views in my video are recorded from players PC's. My view (The leader) is at the bottom. All of a sudden, my aircraft rolls to the right, after around 35° of pull. The view at the top of the screen is the exact same loop, but viewed from my wing man's perspective. This flight was flown online by myself and Kestrel. We recorded what we saw from our cockpits and I have merged the videos together here. This is the same loop, viewed from 2 different human pilots - there are no AI aircraft here.
  20. Hopefully this will go a little further to explaining the issue we currently have with formation flying in DCS 1.5. We have experienced this issue with both the P-51D / TF-51D and the L-39. He, we are entering a loop, using the same process that we have use in DCS since the Mustang's release in 2012. 350mph entry, 3.5 G pull, At roughly 35° pitch, the lead aircraft rolls sharply to the right. There is no weather, other than clouds, in this mission.
  21. Also happens to us with the guys on left / right wing (We have no slot pilot normally).
  22. We are getting exactly the same issue in the P-51! Watch from 2:15
  23. Looking good guys - nice work!
