  1. Review of our weekend away: http://www.virtual-aerobatics.com/latest-news/duxford-may-2014-review/
  2. 2 Year Anniversary Air Show - February 14th/15th 2015! That's right folks, following the success of our one year anniversary air show in February this year, we have decided to move to a 2 day event next year! We hope you will join us again for another fantastic weekend of virtual flying! More info to follow at a later date!
  3. Great to see the pieces coming together now - it looks fantastic! The stang is a very nicely laid out aircraft. Lots of room, comfortable and everything seems to be in the right place
  4. No, this is our (GWBHF) Buchon / Fw190 private mod.
  5. When myself, Pman and Ells got into the cockpit of the Mustangs at Duxford last year, we were told pretty strongly to stay away from the gear handle. Stevo (pilot) told us that the main gear will not retract on the ground, but the tail gear would. Still enough to cause significant damage.
  6. Very cool to see more progress - must have missed the last post. Keep up the good work! :) Out of interest, how are you planning to give the stick some tension (If that's the right term?), Springs?
  7. Our thoughts on the current multiplayer situation, which include your issue, were brought up a few months ago: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=104010 I would love to see some of our points addressed
  8. :megalol: Sorry Vampire, I never saw your reply. Hopefully, she'll turn into a Yak 3 :)
  9. Hi Aaron, We pay a modeller to make the meshes for us and we then import them to DCS. If any parts need a little updating (Usually the case) I will do it. I am currently working on modelling some stuff from scratch, however.
  10. 262 looks fantastic! She will certainly be an interesting one to learn.
  11. Speak for yourself - I'm only 5' 10"! From being in the cockpit of a couple of Mustangs, the throttle is small, but the positioning of it does make it really quite comfortable. Your wrist tends to sit a little lower than the handle and you use the base of your fingers to push it forwards. I'm sure if you get it mounted correctly, you'll find it more than comfortable :) How are you intended to make the rubber grip? I imagine that being quite a challenging process?
  12. Mmmmmm, Liz Hurley :P
  13. Indeed - very much looking forward to it!
  14. Posted on our forums.
  15. I believe it was Roscoe Brown, but don't quote me on that
  16. With the political situation currently going on in Ukraine, it's hardly surprising that some developers have more pressing issues to attend to.
  17. Nice work

  19. A big thank you to all the applicants so far! We flew 3 trial flights last night and have another 4 scheduled over the next few days. If you're thinking about applying, please do so - We look forward to seeing you.
  20. Thank you matt, we appreciate the support :)
  21. Due to some internal issues, SkyHawk has left the Virtual Horsemen - We would like to thank you for your years of service with the team. As such: The Virtual Horsemen are recruiting for a Left Wing Pilot! Do you have what it takes to fly classic prop and jet fighter aircraft through a tight formation aerobatic routine? Apply now by messaging this page, or emailing Rock@Virtual-Horsemen.com to schedule a trial flight! We're not looking for perfect formation from you straight away - we're looking for somebody the attitude and potential to achieve it. Rock.
  22. It's certainly something we could look into, However, we would still need to create damaged versions if they were to be used as targets etc... At the minute, we're making big strides forward each week. This week, we've learned how to get Spec maps & Bump maps working and we've also made a start on a working clickable cockpit. So, as we learn more, you might see something released from us in future
  23. Hi Folks, Video is now on Vimeo :) [VV]88141878[/VV]
