Hello everybody I have recently bought a F18C flight stick from Thrustmaster and I realised, as it can be seen in the cockpit, the F15C flight sitck is very similar to the F 18C one. Does anybody know what are the real functions of the buttons in the F 15C flight stick? I would like to map these functions on the F 18C stick as long as it's possible. Thank you very much

Hello again, finally found the problem with my system performance, it was only my CPU fan was improperly installed. Now I am again enjoying DCS World in VR. I've got some new questions about the VR options. Does anybody know how does "Bloom Effect" and "MSAA mark size" work. I've search on the documentation but no mention to both options. problem with stable release performance Hi guys I'm writting here because i'm having lots of problems with the stable version of DCS. After a month without playing and of course updating my DCS I have had to reinstall the OS (Windows 10 pro 64 bits) because my 10 years old HDD finally died into a new 1 TB ssd and reinstalled again all the graphics drivers, and a new fresh stable DCS version. My problem is that while before the new OS and DCS reinstall I had stable 40 FPS in VR with my system, but now I can't manage to get even solid 30 FPS making some campaigns completely unplayable. I've deleted the metashaders 2 and fxo, repaired DCS, updated Nvidia drivers and nothing seems to work. Maybe I'm one of those folks to whom the 2.5.6 update ruined everything and have to wait for fixes or I've missed something, that's why I'm asking in this thread Thank you very much in advance My system is the same than in my signature, apart than having the OS in a new SSD.

Hi Kengou I´ve had a similar situation to yours, one day the left mfd simply went off, tried to reconnect to different usb ports and nothing, then I decided to uninstall and reinstall the MFDs drivers (the latest one from the Thrustmaster page) and it went to life again. I don't know if you have already tried this, but it could help. Good luck

Hello everybody I have been using a warthog adaptor for my Gladiator pro MK I during the last year without any problems until after I swapped the grips with the KG12. When i connected the warthog back (well actually it's a cougar grip) I could see the pins were twisted and didn't make good contact with the base, so I ordered another one from VKB Europe. When it arrived home I saw it was a bit different than the old one, mainly, it lacked the VKB PCB for electrical compatibility, rather it had only one wire with 5 pins which I guessed would connect directly to the Cougar PCB, I did so, but when I put it back on the gladiator base and loaded the warthog profile, it didn't worked at all. Should I have changed the firmware too? I thought I had the latest firmware installed but in the VKB page I see there is another firmware from July 7th called Gl_MCG_MCG-Pro_v1_94_B.zip. My firmware version is v 1.939 Should I update the firmware to the last 1.94 one? Needless to say I have asked this same question to Eduard from VKB Europe but I haven't got any answer yet. For modern aircraft (after F-86) and helicopters, Cougar flight stick + VKB Gladiator Pro base. For WWII and Korean era aircraft, VKB KG12 + Gladiator Pro base. Throttle: Cougar for all.

Hello, I have also the same issue with Dodge 1 flight, everybody does their task, even me ;), but in my case, Dodge 1 drops their bombs nobody knows where and there is a mission failure as none of the bombs hit their targets.

Hi to everybody, I have the same problem, only tried with "Bear trap" campaign, another campaigns like "Relic" for Mig 15 and F 86 or "over the hump" works fine.

Hello Spetz and all. I've had problems with the oculus audio and DCS almost since the beginning, as there were issues when looking to the sides, i could hear a buzz as when you have earphones not correctly plug. My fix was to use my wireless headphones for DCS World so i could use also the microphone for voice attack and related software too (it didn't work since the beginning). I used oculus headphones for another oculus apps like Robo Recall, Job simulator and other VR titles, but since a month ago I coudn't hear anything in those apps too, opened a ticket with Oculus support but after finding I could set my headphones for everything i always use them with my oculus titles. I know it may not be the ideal fix but was so concerned about having my Oculus out for a period of time that for the moment I don't see the need to fix properly this issue. ;=)

I solved my issue with standalone DCS world 2.0 ( which was the only one messing with SteamVR) by changing the compatibility setup in the properties menú (the one you get when leftclicking DCSWorld's desktop icon). I had it in compatibility mode for windows 8, left it unchecked and now i can play DCSWorld 2.0 in VR without problems. I have also noticed my issues with VCredistr libraries has gone out since then Enviado desde mi Aquaris E5 HD mediante Tapatalk

Thank you very much swissMAG, I modified dcs.exe and now it's working in VR. Couldn't test framerates through Las Vegas as I just made a quick test but at McCarran International airport's runway I have solid 45 fps with my system. Graphics settings are VR, with Terrain Textures at low and visibility to medium. PD is set to 1.2.

One thing i forgot to mention in my last post is I don't have any steam version of DCS World, both 1.5 and alpha 2.0 are non steam versiones. Thank you for your comments, i will give a try tonight Enviado desde mi Aquaris E5 HD mediante Tapatalk

Hello everybody. I have recently got an Oculus rift CV1, and while is working perfectly with DCS World 1.5, I can't set VR in 2.0. As soon as I start 2.0, the Steam VR client opens an error message saying is unable to recognize any VR device and DCS World starts in normal mode (not VR) in my monitor. This is a very wierd behaviour as whenever I start 1.5, the VR mode is set automatically and it never calls for Steam VR client, always uses Oculus client. For some time until now I thought this issue would be another effect of my usual problems with Visual C++ runtime utilities, but after following the great guide for fixing 2.0 installs by Bignewy, I can fly again in Nevada, but not in VR. Could anybody help me to fix this, please? I'm dying for flying over Las Vegas's Casinos and streets.
