  1. Makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.
  2. Spanish C-101 to EF-18 training stream campaign would be the cat's meow. :) Thanks for the article. Gonna have a read.
  3. On a related topic, I've been trying to figure out why the air brake causes a pitch up moment. It just seems intuitive to me that a backwards facing force on the air brake would cause a pitch down moment. I must be missing something. Can you give a brief explanation of what forces are acting on the aircraft to make it pitch up? Does the brake drive the air into the bottom of the fuselage causing an upwards force?
  4. Is it possible that your HOTAS binding is also a modifier? Because that would definitely affect your ability to press different keys.
  5. Hi. I'm assuming you have rudder pedals with toe brakes? If you press too hard on the toe brakes, the plane will stop before you get much of a turn. Try just gentle pressure on the toe brakes. Also, use Ctrl-Enter to show the controls pop-up so you can verify that the brakes are actually engaging correctly. Also, you don't want to be travelling too fast while using the brakes to turn.
  6. I don't have this issue. I tried opening the brake in external view and then pressing F1 while holding the brake. It returns to cockpit view and the brake continues to close until I release it. Same with retract.
  7. My vote (as if I had one :)) would be to just delete the keybind. Otherwise, a lot of people are going to get confused as to why the aircraft is trimming out of control.
  8. ^ Not yet. Developers will look into it once they've taken care of higher priority items.
  9. It's Annex I of the manual.
  10. Did some more testing. Seems the higher the altitude, the less effective MPR is until it actually has a negative impact. Guess Vibora will have to chime in on why that is.
  11. ya, she can be a handful trying to keep er straight and level:) Reminds me a bit of the F-86. Very hands-on.
  12. Ya, seems strange. I'll have to experiment more. What were your weather conditions / air temp? I was just testing in Caucasus. Clear sky, 20 C.
  13. do you have a web page?
  14. Trying to locate the MPR switch in the cockpit. I see the MPR indication light in the top right of the front dash and it goes on when I use the MPR keyboard command. But I don't see the physical switch. Anyways, MPR seems to give a nice little boost. Just did a very rough test and gained an extra 25 kts at 2000 ft in a clean config. Probably could of gotten more if I left it on.
  15. Do the pilot / co-pilot control priority options in the mission editor have any effect yet?
  16. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3760511#post3760511 Thanks for the update, guys. :)
  17. I'm guessing Ciribob's script is already using the bomb in zone trigger. I don't think there is a way to detect hits if a target is not damaged which it wouldn't be by a smoke bomb.
  18. Can you do a "bomb in zone" trigger?
  19. It's the same as with the A-10C. They only create smoke.

    Mirage F1

wrong thread. this belongs to the F-1 mod thread.
  21. I wonder if they plan to have mobile ground forces that move in real-time to capture objectives.
  22. Ya, that happened last week as well.
  23. They'll be flying in 2125 ... in space!
