  1. WOW that's great! thanks
  2. Hi all As i understand both KA-50 and UH-1H don't suffer from Ground Resonance, because of the type of rotor system for both Helicopters. But, if we make a "virtual ground resonance", by simply lost one ,or more blades of the rotor, the helicopter will shake violently. and i guess, in real life this shake will break the helicopter similarly to regular ground resonance, is it make sense? and for now in DCS KA-50, those shakes do nothing to break the helicopter apart. Second thing is dynamic rollover, i tried to enter the KA-50 to this condition, and because of the ka-50 design, it seems it can't enter this phenomena, but will it be for the UH-1H?
  3. Thanks Wags!
  4. When firing the guns, no falling shells are visible Thx
  5. Still crashing at login for me
  6. I don't know if it was mentioned before.. Runway damage. craters made by bombing for example. And making the AI to notice the runway is damaged
  7. 1. Dedicated Servers 2. Wheel Blocks 3. Third Parties to do terrains Thx
  8. Great! where it was said? thx
  9. That's about 3D modeling, but, that's just one side of a simulation..maybe, the easy part. DCS aircraft means - lot of info about the aircraft, accurate physics, modeling all the systems, hydraulics, navigation computers, electric system, radio systems, weapon systems etc etc..and all of that in a very high depth and realism.
  10. Nice! Is this For DCS or FSX?
  11. Thx Wags! But, the question is, third party aircraft will have the DCS standard? or, a bit lower, or the same(as we hope)? And, If the quality is a bit lower than your products that's acceptable by you, ED? And last question please, about the Flight Model issue, if there is no SDK for it for now, would you add the AFM to the third parties aircrafts, till there will be SDK? and not only FM, if the third parties will need information about aircraft systems etc.. Thx A very concerned customer (;
  12. :D Thomas equipped with Trophy a 5 mins Photoshop work :)
  13. All the point of DCS is a very detail and realistic simulation. It's not just a clickable cockpit, it's an ideology, it's the depth in every single system, in every little sub sub sub menu in some apparently "unimportant" feature in the navigation computer. like it in real life\simulator as in ED products. So, if will be some third parties less detail and realistic than ED products, we completely lost the way. And i don't understand why to drag Flaming Cliffs to DCS..the only thing i can think of, is take the Su-25\T and make it to DCS standards, when it's not a lot of work. don't get me wrong, i'm very happy with the new way of the DCS World and the third parties, but, it must, must be at DCS level, if it requires to work with ED, or if it require to ED to teach the third parties how to make DCS standard, and the tools, or even the third parties make most of the product and ED to done all the complex stuff. and, for terrain, third parties will be a great idea.
  14. Middle East Israel, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq it's one of the most active areas in jet air warfare
  15. "Combat Helo" team should become third party in DCS for the ah-64D and more helis!! "A2A Simulations" for continuing the WW2 era in DCS. SteelBeasts team to make the tanks of CA more in detail. "bohemia Interactive" to do the infantry and light vehicles in DCS playable. "dangers Waters" team to do the naval in DCS playable. and then..we'll have the perfect Combat Simulation ever made (:
  16. If you are talking about the Su-25T, so, the autopilot uses the trims to maneuver the plane and not using the actual control surfaces like other planes. if it's the case, you need to let the Autopilot to center the trims before, and then disable the autopilot.

    Trims

    Hi all First, Thx a lot ,Eagle Dynamics and The Fighter Collection for this great sim. As i know, trim tabs are moving the opposite way in relation to the control surface itself. for example, If the pilot want to trim the nose up, the trim tab moves down to push the elevator up.. and as i saw in DCS P-51D Beta ,the trim tabs go the same way as the control surface go. Second thing i notice is, that when the Plane is on the ground the trims effects, without air speed. when, trim tabs should effect the control surface only when the plane got speed. maybe it's just Beta issues or i'm wrong? thx and sorry about my English :)
