aero, turn the mirrors off - they are the "real" FPS killer - if you need them you can always press "n" or "m" in game and it will bring up the mirrors. the option to change the distance and what you see is visibility range, i believe though that you should be fine with it set to med if the mirrors are turned off. hope it helped, :pilotfly: NotiA10

this is some distance fudd (we may call you eagleeye from now on :smilewink:). got no idea what this is - mine start showing at approx 11 miles or 12 miles, just did a test with a columne of T80s - 12 miles is already some distance and i was wondering sometime ago on how to reduce this since camoflaged or dug in targets certainly cannot be spotted without binos from such a distance. i got the same specs as you (almost) 22inch at 1680x1050. maybe a gfx card issue ? or have you got any mods installed ? :pilotfly: NotiA10

what i mean is vista drivers for the x52pro and appropriate programing software

i did save it to disc but the file is corrupt (happens with all other files from the server as well) - maybe down speed is too high

i downloaded it but cant watch it - i always get corrupt files when downloading it from the jabog server - dont know why - down speed is great but :( no use if i cant watch it. has it been uploaded somewhere else where i can grab it from ?

you got the drivers and software for vista ?

lol - havent seen you on hl recently IK. would be great to fly with you again and getting stuck into some of these T-80s. as for sams - hmm well only open eyes, attention and a two ship formation with coms can increase your chance of survival especially when forced to fly low - sams are like those smelly things called farts - hard to spot, and when silent utterly deadly.
