Yes but it would mean not having to use the mouse or mouse stick to admire the eye candy and meticulous detail of the craft I'm piloting.

Would be nice to be able to free view aircraft and vehicles in the f2 view using track IR. It doesn't feel right without.

I was considering il2 for a bit of old world war simulation but I bought the p51 today and all I can say is I am very pleased I stuck with ed for the classic fighters. I have to say I want them all now. I see a really bright future for this community as the bases are covered for modern and legacy aircraft. We just need more world detail to match the beautiful plane models. So thanks ed!

When you purchase an ed title you are leasing 10 activations, they wrote to me and told me they can only give out a one time activation renewal after my original blackshark activations all but expired a few days ago, due to some modding mishaps I made. With the sale on today I bought black shark 2 even though I bought the original blackshark and the upgrade. I've now spent allot on just blackshark. I don't like the way activations are leased. My games were all bought direct and my payment history is clear to see on my account. I shouldn't have to beg for an activation renewal, I support ed.

I got a gtx 780 classified over the Christmas and over clocked it on uber bios. It's a great card smokes any game. Been playing arma 3 at 80fps with full aa no grass etc it's great but not mind blowing, mind blowing would be sli.

Yes agreed, some USB devices on my system do not like USB 3 and you may encounter random windows has stopped working crashes. Win 8 Ssd I72600k Psomething motherboard

I haven't issues either with it, I have a saitek profile saved & a vac profile, I don't need much else within the sim, if they change it I would be annoyed.

New engine, the graphics for the objects in the game are really great, especially the planes and pits, but the current terrain level can break immersion, could you imagine how immersive this would be with a truly convincing terrain.

As someone who buys the game direct from the main site and I have bought most of them I am wondering why the sale is for Steam and not the main site? Sorry if this has already been answered. Considering the people buy the games at full price are important customers surely we should get the same offering on the main site. Sorry again if this issue has been answered or resolved.

This is great news. It's great to know that once registered I don have to register a serial number again as steam keeps that info in its cloud which eliminates the "2 Activations left" scenario. Thank you Ed great move.

This would be awesome, no more "remaining keys". I love Steam because it keeps all my games in a nice collection, this would be fantastic for DCS.

I have my game controller icon setup so I always check before I launch Dcs that my clutch is disabled.

The small button is the clutch button. You must right click on game controller, and go to the properties, from there disable clutch mode and hey presto the button works.

Just would like to say the adaptive v sync works amazing. Way better than expected very smooth. Thank you. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Download notepad ++ Edit graphic config in Dcs directory Change line max fps to 30 Better graphics , smoother frame rate but slow gameplay.

Sorry the settings I posted are in game, I do leave Nvidea alone although I appreciate that was what you were asking! Also! I play mostly at 60 using create mission generator as the campaign is unplayable even on low settings at 60.
