  2. Hi wrl11 Hey can you post how exactly you did that. I’m still having the same issue from time to time. Thanks in advance Wood
  3. Hey Maverick Sorry for the late reply to this. /I though I did reply the day after but it looks like it didn't take. Thanks for the help. I am running the startDCS.bat as admin. I'm no longer getting this issue but for some reason I keep getting this popping up when the server restarts. "Can't run. Only one instance per write dir is allowed" ??? Questioon? Does the "StartDCS.bat" not have to run in the background?
  4. Happy New year everyone. Since the last couple of updates I'm having issues on my server restarting. I've set the server up using info provided here https://thefraternitysim.com/how-to-properly-setup-a-dcs-world-dedicated-server/ which has worked perfectly up until now. I keep getting this error "ERROR: The process "DCS.exe" with PID 10592 could not be terminated. Reason: Access is denied" Any suggestions or help would be appreciated Thanks
  5. Hi all. Quick question and I’m not sure if this is possible at all. Is there a way to transfer mission triggers set by the ME from one mission to another mission? I created mission templates with triggers I’d like to utilize. Thanks in advance Wood
  6. Hi guys Thanks for this info Zayets. I'm still trying to wrap my head around scripting but I'll look into this for sure. Could you elaborate on this a little more so i know what I'm looking for. Thanks Thanks for the reply I do remember the discussion and That exactly what it is for. The triggers are working great in the missions but as with having so many triggers added as you know its so easy to make one mistake and that one little mistake can have repercussions. I place this request into the wish list and hope that something happens. Thanks guys
  7. Could this be a possibility? As it stands right now in the mission editor is the only way to utilize moving trigger zones is by using a condition such as "Unit inside moving trigger zone". Would it not make sense to also have the ability to be able to have an option for "Coalition" example: "Coalition inside moving trigger zone"thereby making it easier for mission developers when creating triggers. Just a though. Would save a lot of time and energy.
  8. Good day gents. Last night I edited my missions to having the trigger zones indicate altitude in meters. After testing it it seem to work as it shouldn’t when meeting the conditions. I did however base the altitude measured from the surface of the water and found that zero was the reference. I’ve also placed two more triggerzones that have two conditions that need to be met on altitude limits been met.
  9. Wow that's interesting. Thanks for the info. I'm assuming you find the depth by placing the courser it the area? Thanks again for the reply guys
  10. Hi guys Question about the conditions setting up triggers. Do unit altitude higher then or lower then option altitude in meters or feet? or does the conditions for altitude even work at all. I'm having issues where triggers are activated well above certain altitude conditions. I've tried both options using feet in meters as well as feet and getting the same results. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
  11. This is amazing work Wolf. Thank you for this.
  12. Fantastic. Last i heard you took a break from simmimg. Glad to see you back.
  13. You bet. :thumbup:you find the fix?
  14. BD! How are you doing?

    Help please

Hi Pikey Sorry for the confusion. I'm trying to build a dynamic PvE mission that will provide a multitude of training missions to be flown at the choice of client. Based on the same concept of "Through The Inferno (Dynamic DCS)". What I'm wanting to do is to have the each mission either reset on mission success once the client/clients lands or once the clients leave. I have setup something similar in an NTTR dynamic mission with A2A, A2G missile trainer using several selections on the F10 menu but nothing as detailed as I want to do here. I've recently thought about using AI_Balancer so at the moment "No" not at this time. Sorry not understanding what your meaning here. I'm assuming your meaning the client slots have particular flight plan and are tasked with a certain mission. The answer to that would be no. Each client slot does not have a particular task or flight plan. That is to be determined on the mission they choose in the F-10 option. Once clients are log off the server the mission will then pause. Thank you for this clarification. I hope this helps to clear up the uncertainly of what I'm trying to get at. Thanks

    Help please

Sorry for the late reply.I use what your describing here in our NTTR mission I was just wondering if there people had a preferred preference to using Mist or Moose or do they use both. Thanks
  18. Good day everyone. Question, at the time I’m building a mission that will be can be run continuously. The intent is to have multiple sorties the client can choose from depending on what they want to do. What I’m having an issue with is how to set it up for when the particular sortie is chosen it will be reset if successfully passed or the client disconnects. I’m not sure what script whether moose or Mist wouldn’t be the best choice or could it be setup simply within the editor itself. I’m still trying to wrap my head around using moose. I’ve been using mist as of now because it seems much easier to use. I appreciate, any suggestions and help so thank you. Wood
  19. Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for this but I tried it and even though it works the mat is floating 4-5 feet in the air. Spent a long time trying to find a fix for it with not success. Any idea on where to be able to adjust the height?
  20. First thing first. Lol thanks for pointing that out. Second. Well I know the default frequency before the update was 127.500 correct. Where would I setup a frequencies for the boats in the mission editor. I would like to setup different frequencies for each carrier. If that is possible, so I’m not sure on how you could utilize a preset for carrier ops.
  21. Thanks for the. Reply but we still have easy coms on for that reason. Still not working.
  22. Prior to the new update the Av8B was able to communicate with any aircraft carrier. Now that is not possible since this last update. :( Wood
  23. Hey good day guys. I know this is an old post but I was just wondering if this still works with the latest 2.5. The reason why I’m asking is that I’ve set it up exactly as indicated and nothing. Is there any type of script or trigger need for this at all? I’ve also seen this and tried this video but again nothing. Thanks
  24. Maddog Thanks for this it works great. Question? As each aircraft lands after it RTB's, how long does it stay in the mission before it is removed?
