I've been looking for server to rent, but none of the gaming server companies i found host FC2. :( If anyone knows a place where i could rent one, please share the link. 10 mbps upload would be more than enough for my needs. I know that squads rent entire dedicated servers and that way they can install and host what ever they choose. I can not afford that option at the moment. I can afford 20-30 $ per month and i wouldnt mind buying a copy of FC2 for the server installation if needed. It's a long shot, but i had to ask. Thank You.

there are some addons which improve fps and some are listed here browse through lockonfiles site and see which of many mods suit you best. to use some of them you would need 1.12 version (flaming cliffs addon) of the game.

I've seen similar situations with two or more racing sim fans making the same model of the car. It usually ends up so that neither gets done (published) :( Hope it's not gonna be the case here.

download Hyperlobby version 3.9.111 from here http://hyperfighter.sk/ it is multiplayer lobby for various flight simulations including lockon. there are many servers listed in that lobby and you can join them by click of the mouse. it is simple and easy to use, you wont have any trouble.

ya Veki, link is not working. Dunno why, probably they have some tech problems on the site. The link that Geier posted will answer your IL2 question and you're gonna love the answer. Leaning thing and getting up and down in your seat didnt really make me go wow, but that head tilt thing made me drop my jaw. I was like "look ma, i'm flyin". I know 6DOF will not happen to LOFC, but i do think that roll axes could. Yaw and Pitch work and i dont see why Roll should be any different or harder to implement.

Make TIR roll axes work so we can keep the view horizontal when we roll the plane. I believe it doesnt need 3d cockpits(?).

all mods must be in addons_fc folder for modman to be able to use them. If they're not, download again mods that you wont to use and put them in addons_fc folder.
