Sounds like Electro magnetic radiation to me. Is your GPU close to your PSU? Try to move your GPU as far away as possible from your PSU slot wise. Also you might wanna check the cables going from your onboard audio card to your speakers. My bet is that its either your PSU or your Soundcard connection thats causing the problem.

This is what the description lua should look like if you only want the US to have a certain livery. countries = {"USA",} Also make sure you put the liveries in the right folder. In your case P-51D and not TF-51D.
