after introducing some new guys yesterday i would like to have a training area in the protected zone with couple inactive vehicles to practice maverick lock on´s but this is no must have. i had a blast yesterday attacking the offshore oilfields with my A-10C. 1. i drifted off target and bombed the wrong oilfield 2. while bombing the correct one i was jumped by mig-21. the guy doesnt hit me and overshoot. he was going vertical with full burner. pulled up hard and fired 2 sidwinders the second one brought him down. :-D 3. on my way home a guy called NAVAIR was bombing the oilfield also with an A-10 and was shot down by the Mig guy who seeked revenge but it wasnt me *muhahahaha* sry NAVAIR^^ EDIT: would also vote for a 6h runnign periode and longer daytime so maybe mission start at 16:00 so we still have the 20-22:00 phase.

i also love the server. its great to hop on do a few sorties and leave. 4 hours is sometimes really a bit short. especially because it starts at 18:00 it gets dark earlier. thats bit of a bummer with not so capable planes. maybe you can set the mission start time to 17:00 or so that wie got a bit more time in daylight.

andere frage. im mulitplayer ists ja möglich seine customskins auszuwählen. ich nehm jetzt mal an das andere den nicht sehen wenn sie ihn nicht haben. damit z.B. squadmates den skin sehen reicht es da wenn alle den skin haben oder muss der server den skin auch haben?

it really sounds like a mapping issue with the axis in the control settings. did you check you axis mapping in the settings? another question did you switch the flybywire "on" in the cockpit?

hello, i follow this startup procedure to the letter, but the exterior lights wont work and the switch for the formations lights doesnt stay on it switches back immediatly. so i figured i´m missing something, but what?

ahoi, ich würde gerne einen skin in der art für die A-10C machen. allerdings wenn ich das mit gimp machen möchte und das dann speicher sieht der skin richtig bescheiden aus. ich denke das es daran liegt das ich das mit gimp erstelle und dann mit paint.net in DDS umwandele da gimps das nicht unterstützt hat da wer erfahrungen damit und mir nen hilfreichen tip geben oder kann mir den skin "fix" erstellen? es gibt bereits einen ähnlichen skin auf combatace http://combatace.com/files/file/15119-a-10a-pre-production-scheme-no-1/ allerdings mit schwarzen markierungen. ich hätte sie aber lieber gern in einem hellen grau.

Heatblur/Leatherneck delivered, until now, top of the line modules. i just don believe that there is any doubt in the community about the quality and balance of Jester. i think it will be top of the line and pretty good balanced and if there is a flaw or finetuning needed they will do it.

will be something else to be with another person in the cockpit. the german airforce had a similar issue after the transfer from F-104 to F-4 the pilots had to get used to working with another guy. i think it will be helpful to have someone who is flying with you regulary. so that you know each other and know what he means with "bandit at front o´clock!"

eher der mig-29 mit etwas weniger power. ist ne sehr wendige kiste mit hohem anstellwinkel.

jup. fliegen wird relativ einfach da fly by wire aber systeme lernen ist angesagt. mit dem cockpit layout usw. sollte es ganz gut klappen den umstieg zu schaffen. aber dran denken das es viel frust geben wird bevor man erfolge verbucht und alles beherrscht, könnte je nach dem monate oder jahre dauern das modul richtig zu beherrschen.

also. mit der .dll funktioniert das PFM (mit einschränkungen da nicht fertig) das träger Problem das man während der fahrt runterrutscht ist nur in 1.5.7 in 2.1 funktioniert es anstandslos. über empfindlichkeit des fahrwerks kann ich nicht bestätigen. um überhaupt vom träger (in 2.1) hochzukommen. sollte man shift+w gedrückt halten weil stärkere radbremse. die sich löst sobald der nachbrenner anspringt und unmittelbar danach shift+e (triebwerk drehzahl sollte auf 102% springen) für die notleistung. ergänzend ist noch zusagen. je nach waffenladung unter 70% sprit mitzunehmen sonst klappts gar nicht oder von weiterhinten starten.

jap cockpit ergonomie hat nen ganz schönen sprung nach vorn gemacht von den oldies zu den "neueren" jets. im Harrier is das auch schön aufgeräumt. wird dann wieder kulturschock auf die F-4E bzw. F-14 :-D

watched this video today: interesstingly nobody mentioned it here, but there are frames in it from the loading screen picture and it isnt the AV-8B N/A its a GR7 if i´m not mistaken. look at the 3:59min mark. so is this a tease that we are getting the Gr7? EDIT: at youtube they state it has somethng to do with capturing the video....didnt believe that! :-D
