Over 9 mln pixels is a native HP Reverb res. Correct me if Im wrong but having steam vr SS set to 100% does not squeaze Reverb to Its max potential. As Imacken said. I just cant get any lower then 200% steam vr SS. This is why the Reverb is way above other headset. Running it set to 100% first time I was really disapointed, compairing it to Oculus Rift S few days earlier. I wish I could set msaa to 2x for less shimmering but Its impossible since ED messed up the framerate with 2.5.6. S!

It Will lower the quality but I will give it a shot. Would you be So kind and raise your steam vr SS to 200 and tell me if there is a FPS difference. 200 % is a common settin for DCS with Gear as ours. Lets experiment a bit ;)

From your signature I can see that we have almost the same Gear. What steam vr SS do you use? I have my DCS PD set to 1.0 and Steam vr SS to 200%. Cant get any lower then that cause if I do, Im not able to see far objects sharp. Unfortunatly DCS framerate for VR is a joke since 2.5.6 and the new light system...

It is since 2.5.6. New lighting system brought our beloved sim to unplayable level. My specs in the signature. All tweaks and tricks did not help much. Even the 10th gen and Ampere will not help the situation...

The main questions is the one about performance?

Hi, usually to center the view in DCS I press "5" from the numeric. I am trying to reduce keybord workload therefore it would be a lot easier to center the view using one of the Warthog Throttle button/switch. In Controls Adjusments menu I bind the warthog button, next to "5" key command but it does not work at all. No matter what button I choose it just wont work. Any idea ? (HP Reverb)

ED seems to be aware of that. Nothing more then waiting for a fix.

Why dont you just turn these cockpit sound while in external view? You will find it in Options Menu ;)
