I got my TIR5 last week. Well, practice makes perfect. Start with a simple default profile and low sensitivity and work from there, you will then slowly realize what you need to tweak. If there is too much "throw" on the yaw axis (looking around left and right), you'll trim that, if you have problems looking down, you'll fix that up with adding some asymmetric curve on the Pitch axis.
It takes time and patience to get it working the way you want it to...
