  1. 400+ hours in the Albatros, omg, I wish I could afford an hour familiarization flight! :) You're lucky!
  2. Got the L-39C and still learning the aircraft. Drop me a line, I am going to spend my holidays flying the Albatros and doing aerobatics, we can fly multiseat online if you want and figure this thing out :)
  8. Save yourself the trouble and don't even try to fly the prop fighters without rudders. It's more of a frustration than fulfillment. Just get a set of pedals, it's ESSENTIAL. The buttons won't work. Even if you get airborne, you have to work the pedals during flight so much that you will get mad very quickly. In short. Get pedals. Period.
  9. Right, like it can get any worse. A-10C is a western bloc jet being modeled to high fidelity by some guys in Moscow. Like that's not enough. :)
  10. So you forgot how crappy the F16/TQS combo was compared to the Warthog? I still have mine...
  11. I am getting a feeling you're comparing apples and oranges here. :) As long as the parts are properly painted/powdercoated and there are clear assembly instructions which don't require welding/drilling and ballbearing pressing that's absolutely fine in my book as it basically is a packaging optimization. Reduces the size and unnecessary packaging. I've seen FAR WORSE with other custom sim hardware manufacturers. :) How about this? And tell you what, it hasn't stopped me from assembling the unit in a day. I had to paint it, drill a couple of holes and do some sanding, but otherwise it was a great experience. But the price for a finished product was ridiculously low, much lower than a TMWH. And I am fine with that. If it was to be painted and assembled, it would cost 10x more as there is only a single guy running the project. The same story with Milan and Slav. And you too, by the way. But we're talking flightsticks here, not mechanics. I fully understand that the detailing and packaging has to be done by you as it's much trickier than usual steel parts.
  12. You are being WAY TOO OPTIMISTIC if you expect EVERY SINGLE TMWH owner to buy your stick. :) A lot of them WANT it, sure, but I wouldn't count on everyone...
  13. Don't get me wrong, mate, I totally dig what you do and wish you all the best of luck in your endeavours! It's just that the price tag on the sticks is a bit too optimistic to be viable for you, in my opinion.
  14. Don't expect it to work flawlessly OTB, you'd have to take it slow and learn to use it. It can take a few weeks.
  15. I am sorry but as much as I want to see it succeed it's getting less and less likely in my opinion. The more I read what hegykc states, the more I have my doubts. And yes, I already own a 3rd party grip and have a clue about how those are made. If he manages to make them for 59$, I'd be very surprised.
  16. It's simple. Off-the-shelf pedals are deeply lacking in quality as controllers are considered toy products for kids. :)
  17. Did you miss the "works great" part of his comment? The Saitek combat pedals aren't that bad, I've had em for a couple of years before I went for BRD products and quite frankly, they are quite alright for the TMWH. They are infinitely more affortable than Slaw's F-16 pedals. And frankly, I don't think Slaw's stuff is adequately priced, sorry. Crosswinds are probably a step in the right direction but I wouldn't upgrade to them over the combat pedals unless they died on me.
  18. Если не секрет, чем он вас перестал устраивать?
  19. Thanks again Eno, I'll let you know if I stumble into something! You're an asset to the community!
  20. Sorry, not interested... Give us the Flogger
  21. Copyright, srsly? God, this must have been one of the most awkward things I've read on ED forums recently. Credit for the screenshot author? Seriously? Come on...
  22. With the Russian forces about to invade the Crimea, it would certainly be a welcome addition for potential missions! but I guess it just isn't going to happen. :-)
  23. Will give it a shot, Eno, thanks!
  24. I am trying to assign my TMWH Throttle toggle switches to Radar and EOS systems in the Flanker, but there seems to only be iCommandPlaneRadarOnOff option and not individual options for switching it on and off, which leads to a desynced switch operation. Can anyone suggest something? :) Where can I get acquainted with the iCommand list for FC3? :) Thanks
