I sometimes used to get that same message if I accidently didn't have both throttles set to zero input position, all the way off, before I initiated the Autostart sequence. You may want to check out your throttle position. Hope this helps.

I really loved "I Love This Job". It has a number of quite diverse civillian missions ... and I found each one of them to be very challenging to play and very well done ... very enjoyable.

I found this tutorial very helpful... and very well done. I really have improved my hovering ability quite a bit by practicing using the idea of the V-shaped cluster of cones.

I have been away from the Harrier for the past few months, primarily playing with the Apache. Today I decided to once again get back into the Harrier ... and this is exactly what I needed as a quick updated refresher. Thank You colo !

It might help to know: When you are travelling, what do you plan to use for your throttle and stick/collective controllers ? What modules do you plan to fly ?

Perhaps this is what you are looking for ....

Perhaps you might want to consider joining a Squadron, ... or creating one of your own with some of your friends. You also may want to checkout the DCS folks on Discord ... that is kind of a social network, with lots of very friendly, helpful people.
