Yup, helicopters in FSX are useless. To be honest I would recomend the Dash-8 from Majestic. It's not military but it's as fancy as you're going to get with FSX.

Indeed activation still works. The only thing they shut off was official multiplayer support, Stuff like VATSIM still works fine.

Sure it is. They would just have to take the BS2 update from the store and trade the update keys for full version keys. If it stays the way it is now the steam version is useless for people who have the Huey, FC3 or the BS2 upgrade.

No you can't do that but you can make steam ask if it should update and then of course also refuse to do so.

Most of us know and have no problem with that. But if it means that we can't activate BS2 on Steam with that key it makes it kind of unfair.

Because they don't ask for money untill they have something to show.

You can't compare the two, one is pointing into bright fog the other at the dark sea. The brighter the background the less visible is the HUD

+1 Also I'm pretty sure that the 2010 redistributable includes the 2008 libraries. The whole C++ redist. thing in windows is a mess anyway.

Ok, I don't get it. Have you looked at their website? What exactly about that is convincing? They make Simpits that look very nice and that's about it. Everything else I see there is a section for the DCS F35 and Flighttime (whatever that is) which are both WIP.

Did that. My Huey install has since the first public release of the beta only been updated by the autoupdater and the track plays perfectly fine.
