From memory it was part of the process in placing order. The only thing they did not cover was duties imposed in Oz. I did cop a bit of duty charges because it ended up over the $1000, Sorry may be able to tell you how much when I can get into hotmail. Hotmail seems to be problematic at present. -
x52 throttle wont work with FA-18

It should work and only having a single throttle lever is not an issue as long as you have programmed the correct line in the control settings. I was using the Pro version up until 15 months ago with no big issues. A simple question: have you checked it's use in devices or do you have another sim to check in? -
Yep understand now what you are getting at. I did have some occasions where the short press stopped working after a bit. Same with long press sometimes it seemed to work then stopped. But at least now I get the process. Thanks

I have been trying to get the RAID/FOV button to change Narrow Wide view and Camera types but it is not working for me (Stable version). Does it work or an I likely to be doing something wrong?

How to get rescue helo to stay with carrier?

I just setup waypoints for ship and helo at identical places (used map grid lines to get that set) then set Helo to be fixed time and that fixed time at waypoint to match carrier time at corresponding waypoint. Works really well for me. No need for script. -
Hancer just trying to clarify. Are you suggesting line 5 of triggers or another line? Also by toggle do you mean Switched Condition?

I am having trouble getting Radio Item Add for Group to work effectively in MP. A simple test mission in which 1 client uses "F10 Other" menu to set a flag and another Client uses their "F10 Other" menu to set another flag. Each Client is an individual group. Trying mission in ME seems to work but that is not trying for MP. When trying in MP, the 1st slot ends up with incorrect message (if I as server user take the 1st slot). I get the message meant for other client (other Client gets correct message). If after entering the 1st slot I come out of it and then go back in it works and I get the correct message. The other Client always seems to get correct message in the 2nd slot (even if I as server go into slot 2). If other client takes the 1st slot it seems ok and they get correct message. To me this seems like not working but wondered if anyone else has used this menu for similar function and has got it working. Maybe the mission setup is not correct. I have attached the test mission. Andrew just to clarify: so instead of putting switch to 'release' (in Config Tab) I should put it to 'openbeta' or wait till update released for Viacom Pro?

Thanks Greyman but no go on that. I had seen that post but as nothing special and had all worked up to last night I had not tried. So I have just set path as per your link. If that is just to the DCS install folder. and retried and still hung on 10%. The Saved Game path and the install path are correct when VA loads. As is regedit path. It shows in the image I had posted.

Viacom Pro seems to be blocking load of latest DCS (Stable) at 10%. I have to keep repairing DCS. VA and Viacom Pro both up to date. Voice Attack is in default drive "C" Did not have issues until latest 2.5.6 update of DCS. Viacom does say at load that "Using Registry entry for 2.5" see file. Currently cannot start DCS 2.5.6 unless Viacom Pro not loaded. Any suggestions

Stable Install: The built in mission for the FA18 and Supercarrier which are 'Cold Start' and the 'Launch' version commences with player in air and not on deck as it states and seems to be in the ME. Anyone else with issue or is this an install problem for myself?

Yep that's understandable. In the example i have I posted above I have a 'Radio Add Item For Group' allocated to a specific aircraft ie a group of 1 (called Enfield) and another Radio Add Item For Group for another aircraft ie a group of 1 (called Springfield). Each of these aircraft was to activate a different F10 'Radio Add Item For Group' flag. I never got to test as when I load mission and select 1st aircraft (Enfield) the F10 item reads as for the other aircraft. I then spawn in 2nd aircraft (Springfield) and it had the correct F10 item. If I then respawn in the 1st aircraft again I get the correct F10 item. Also should clarify that this is in stable version and not OB. I am also trying to do as a MP mission. -

I have also been looking at this same F10 Radio Add Item For Group for MP over the last couple of days. I did get a simple one to work but what I was trying to do does not work and in fact does look like a bug to me - if it works in the way I was trying to get it work it. There is nothing in manual for this item so I have been making some assumptions. The 'Radio Add Item' does state that it does not work in MP but the manual is quite old as we know. I took a screen shot of the simple test mission. When I 1st select Enfield I get the F10 item for Springfield. Selecting Springfield gives the correct F10 item. If I then go back to Enfield I get the F10 item meant for Enfield. Idea was to get each of the F10 items to set a different flag and then this increases value of different flag that ends in an action. Can anyone say if it is bug or is not meant to work in this way? -

Yes I have same issue and while I have not tested the theory I did feel that it was related to the constant jitter from sim gear (as suggested by Sabre) which is always connected to PC. Bit of a pain but just been living with it. I have wondered if I added some deadzones (I never run deadzones) on software if this would help but again not tested theory. -
Ground unit health between percentages

I am looking to create condition in trigger (to set a flag) that is based on a ground vehicle's health being between 2 percentages. The only in-built condition is 'Group Alive Less'. Can anyone suggest a way to achieve this?

Been using Viacom Pro for a while. Generally has been quite reliable with only a very occasional dropout during use. Now dropout (VA closes) seems to happen at least once during play. Also I also get a dropout of voice from ATC after a while eg calling 'Inbound' or when overflying carrier. Any thoughts on possible causes? This is in MP and using the Hornet.

From what you wrote you should not need to use script you can do in mission editor. You will need to do some reading through this area to get better handle on things. I put a simple random spawn in test mission that spawns 1 of 3 aircraft. There are others ways to achieve variations on this (i.e. random % applying to spawn, at different timings etc. But it gives you idea and a starting point.
