Spitsim Edge pedals are pretty good! Progressive spring rate and damped, all metal construction.
Just no toe brakes at the moment afaik.
I have MFG pedals and rate them highly. If you are anywhere near Croydon you would be welcome to try mine out.
A thought: The AOA indicator is displaying a measured AOA from a vane on the side of the nose. Like all measurements errors are possible.
The aircrafts 3d model is just a representation of the plane and isn't really important as far as the flight model is concerned. Anyone remember the early problemd with the 109 flying sideways when RRG were developing it?
Could this be a situation where the FM is right but the instrument and 3d representation is wrong? We need to know what figures the FM is using before we know whats really going on!
Lost a left wing today. Was pulling straight back and the second I put even a touch of left stick in the left wing tore off! odd as rolling left would unload the left wing surely?
Well stuttering IS low fps... DCS 2.0 will utilise GPU's far more effectivley and with 4gb of VRAM andva pair of them at that it should give you a perfectly smooth experience
A few other things to consider..4k doesnt need antialiasing so AA and TSAA off will smooth out the framerate some more. Or 1440 with AA and TSAA looks very nearly as good as 4k ;)
Aspect ratio is dictated by resolution. I always leave mine at default.
Cockpit resolution is the resolution of the mirrors or MFD's etc. Generally 512 is high enough as they occupy such a small area of the screen usually.
What are your system specs and what are your graphics settings?
