I'm really hoping there will be key strokes associated so we can set it up for Voice Attack, that would be nice...then maybe even hide the graphic once you get the hang of things...

Seems installing the new update yesterday, and setting up the permissions again somehow got everything aligned again... Previously I had uninstalled both the seat and simshaker software without success Sorry I can't be more specific :( Hope you get it sorted!

Back in business! Ran the sim shaker update today, configured windows as per usual, and all is good...panic over ;)

SimShaker refuses to launch Since today I can't launch SimShaker, I get the 'verifying system requirements' dialogue, the red icon sits in my system try for a few mins, but the app doesn't start up and it disappears I've reinstalled the jetseat software as well as SimShaker, also I can run the jetseat configure/test app and the massage app no problem...I did update DCS before flying today, so wondering if anyone else who's updated has the same problem...or maybe just a coincidence...hope my seats not dead :( thanks!

Same result for me, I had the trailing lines also, removed all mods from saved games folder (including ships) and the problem is gone...

Already mentioned, but the two causes of your problem are likely to monitor level, ideally you want to be looking straight ahead not down at your monitor, needs to be jacked right up...and holding your arm up (for your joystick), nearer you can have your arm rest in your lap the better. Poor head and arm positions can cause real problems down the line not just in the present (well documented through issues developed in the workplace), so really worth taking care of. I'm not sure head tracker has no negative effect, it wasn't until I moved to a rift that I realised how much effort/muscle tension I put into regulating head movement with my TrackIR. I'm sure there are ergonomic downsides to the rift but I think one advantage might be the amount of 'free' and wide ranging movement you engage in when using it, twisting round a full 180 degrees etc

I recently tried over clocking my GPU using AfterBurner and get this same effect, when I turn afterburner off all goes back to normal. Same as in the op, the 'ghosting' is only when I move my head, stay still and everything looks fine (that's not a suggested solution btw)

steam/smoke appears to be under the effect of the wind? and on a very windy day!

Thanks for the response, not suggesting anyone get banned! :) Just thinking out loud, my prob is sometimes with Viggen and Mig 21, and yes can get up close enough for pos ID, but after a recent near miss have become paranoid! Can see that there might be only a marginal benefit in grey vs camo for instance, but not sure there would be any downside to having it this way...Either way missions are great, for me the best place to fly F-5

In order to reduce chances of team kills, and increase confidence to get stuck in, what are peoples thoughts on restricting the liveries available, keeping a general colour scheme per side?

I was having similar problems with 'corrupted file' errors for a few downloads until I installed latest version of WINRAR, seemed to fix the problem

Thank you both for the info on ATME, certainly something I will take a look at. Does anyone know if I am correct in my assumption that outSoundForGroup will only play one .wav file at a time? any way to overlap slightly to get a smooth looping effect?
