TBH: there are fictional Skins like Turkish / and English F/A-18 Skins but not one real Hi-Vis US Navy Skin. I checked the size of the Files: 5 Hornet Skins take arround 68MB of Data (Arround 11MB per Skin). Thats nothing tbh.

Skins ingame can be seen by anyone in MP. Userfile Skins can´t. And ofc we can get Skin-Contest for every aircraft. Most of the work is done by the community anyways, so not that much work for ED

Hey is it possible to get a Skin Contest for the F/A18 (and maybe for the F-16) as well? There a lot of cool Navy Skins missing and it would be awsome if we could get the chance to get some of those via a Skin Contest, just like the Ah64 and the P47 Thanks

Hey guys, I have big Fps drops and stuttering scince a few patches. Doesn´t matter if it´s SP or MP / Heavy mission or just one aircraft above the sea in Caucasus. My FPS is normaly arround 60-80 but it drops to like 1-9 fps from time to time (like every 20-50 seconds) It stays like that for just 2-10 seconds and then i get my 60-80 back. It´s fucking anyoing and i never had that problem before. I believe it started a few updates ago, maybe around early January. It´s kinda unplayeble for me especially when i get just a picture for 10 seconds... I updated my graphics card drivers yesterday but it didn´t changed anything Is anyone of you having the same problems scince a few updates? I am playing on a "normal" 1080p monitor (non VR) Ryzen 5 1600 GTX 1070 16GB 2400mhz Ram 500GB SSD

Moin, Ich habe seit (ungefähr 2021) extreme Ruckler, Standbilder und Abstürze beim spielen. Egal ob SP / MP / Maps und ob leere Mission / Volle Mission, meine FPS brechen ständig komplett ein. Von c.a. 60-80 auf 1-10 für einige Sekunden. Meistens sind es komplette Standbilder. Ich kann nicht genau nachvollziehen, woher diese Ruckler kommen. Wenn ich auf die Mission nur ein Flugzeug über dem Wasser setze und es mir 5 Minuten per F2 angucke, schwankt die FPS wie gesagt ständig auf die kritischen Werte. Mal ist 20-30 Sekunden alles gut und dann stottert er sich für 3-5 Sekunden einen ab. Auch habe ich (wenn eher selten), dass das Spiel gar nicht erst richtig startet. Es kommt nach dem "Start" ein Blackscreen mit dem DCS Logo, aber kein obligatorischer Ladebalken, der sonst immer kurz vor dem Hauptmenü erscheint. Ich hatte das Problem wie gesagt vorher nie und mir ist es vermehrt seit dem neuen Jahr aufgefallen. Kennt einer von euch dieses Problem, bzw. hat ähnliche Erfahrungen seit den letzten Updates gemacht? Kann es vielleicht an Grafiktreiber liegen? Habe diesen gestern geupdated, hat jedoch auch keine Veränderung gebracht. If you download Skins from the webside, you sometimes don´t see them in MP (or other ppl won´t see your skins in MP) You mostly see a glitchy vfa-37 skin

Hey guys, i wondered if we are getting any new Skins for the F/A-18 soon or later? There are a few Navy LO-Vis Skins that do not have a HI-Vis counterpart like most Marines Skins have. I would also like a some classics like the vfa 195 for example. Downloading those skins is kinda buggy in Multiplayer so i would like to have them ingame. Hey guys, just a quick question: Is it worth to upgrade my CPU? ATM. I am running a Ryzen 5 1600 and i would like to buy a Ryzen 7 2700X. Is it worth the upgrade or just a waste of money? (Maybe i should go with an R5 3600 or R7 3700) My specs are atm: R5 1600 GTX 1070 16GB 2400mhz Ram Asus Motherboard and a 1080p Monitore (But maybe upgrading into 1440p in the future)

I have the 2 Copys of the A-10C at home. I used one many years ago for myself. But now my brothers has also started playing and i wonder how can we get the A-10C on his account so that he can activate it with my selcond code? If i remember correctly you could download the Modules on the webside. But it seems like this isn´t the case anymore. How can i get this Game/Code connected to his account?

Hey guys, i wonder if we will ever get a new "more" realistic ejection animation/Pilot model. I tested out the Viggen last night and took a closer look at the ejection animation in slow motion. Your nice swedish Viggen pilot will instantly become this generic USAF model with the standart ejectionseat after you bail out. I know it´s nothing we really need but wouldn´t it be cool if we would get the actual pilot/seat getting ejected from the bird? And maybe a little bit smoother ejection animation. What do you guys think about it? Would you love to see the correct model/seat/animation for your Birds or do you think it´s unnecessary?

Auto Rudder is def. off. But i can try to turn it on/off again, maybe itß´s bugged. And yes i use the Z and X key for my rudders. But i also binded it on a variety of different keys and axis on my new Thrustmaster Warthog. It´s the same. ( I even deleted every keybinding for left rudder and still if i use the right, it will countersteer to the left afterwards. ) :(

Hey guys, i have a problem with the Spitfire. Everytime i wanna Takeoff and use some rudder (for example to the right) the rudders will immediatly go full left afterwards. I Can´t even taxi or take off cause it allways pushes me in circles. atfer i use the rudder. Not always but quite often it will go full left after i used the rudders. I checked if the Auto Rudder and Take off assistens features are off, and indeed they are off. Dunno why it´s allways doing that. I Hope you guys understand my problem.
