Well Said GGTharos, For us at the 104th its about the community. Seeing those numbers just randomly showing up in HL was a testament to the growth and love of an aging yet still amazing sim. The success of that day goes NOT to the 104th Phoenix VFBS but to the community as a whole, to everyone one who participated, those who couldnt and also to those who no longer fly with us in the community. S! to you all To Eagle Dynamics - As you can see this SIM is not dead!! Bring on the 1.3 Patch :thumbup:

At this point as long as its functional (I.E. no bugs, glitches, or exploits) I can be happy with it.

Mountain out of a mole hill people... I can't wait to see what the next community complaint is. Whatever the setting is remember EVERYONE HAS TO PLAY AT THE SERVER SETTINGS. So whats the real disadvantage? Standing by ...... :music_whistling:

Yep I would certainly start there :thumbup: I think you will nail it.

If you are not, you might want to run your game without any addons at all. Do a fresh install if needed and make sure that all addons (skin packs etc) are not present. If you are running mods at this point im willing to bet that has something to do with your issue.

I owned a X52 then upgraded to a THRUSTMASTER COUGAR. If you want 100% cold steel quality and a life like feel, theres nothing on the market that even approaches it. IF you want plastic, poor construction well...then theres the others. Personally i like to purchase something right the first time and not replace a controller 6 months to a year. I cant even look at my X52. Its flimsy to the touch and feels like it could break at anytime. As far as programablity... Theres Nothing I havent been able to achieve... even one button ramp starts. Want to feel what the real pilots feel? Get a COUGAR. Oh did i mention its STEEL!

recruit! Hello Xealot It was just a few short months ago that i was in the same boat that you were in. I sought out a Virtual Squadron group that I could hope to affiliate with and hopefully join. After alot of research I found out about the 169th Panthers. I found that tradition history and reputation within this sim was unmatched by this squadron. So i decided to contact them and see what i could do. They immediatly seen that I was enthusiatic and serious about learning to fly. They, without hesitation, took me under there wing and gave (and contiune to give) me all the instruction, training, tips and techniques i ask for. The Panthers are 100% professional and committed!! It took some time and some work and I eventually got my wings:pilotfly: . I cant describe to you how much ive learned since ive joined. Everyone goes completly out of there way to help you get better. I certainly urge you to stop by and have a talk with us in our TeamSpeak server. Or drop a line in our forums.
