I have the kneeboard maps working, and flew the mission to where the bombers were supposed to be, but didn't find any bombers.

I have the mod working. I can open it, take off, turn to the right heading. At that point, I hit F10, to look at the map, but get no response. I'm new, so I'm sure I have done something wrong, but can't figure out what. That compass is a bear to use, too. ): Thanks,

I think I figured it out. But, I haven't been able to find the B-17's yet. I need to learn more about nav and maps.

I just found this mod, added it to "mods/aircraft", after creating a new folder for the B-17. What should that folder be called? In loading the 190D mission, I get a pop up telling me I need the B17G modules. Where do I find them, if not in the zip file in "aircraft"? Thanks,

Is it possible to add just the swastika to default skins?

Cumulus clouds are usually flat-ish on the bottom, and fluffy on top. The reason is that the cloud is formed by warm rising air (a thermal), which turns to fog when the thermal reaches the dew point altitude. The air continues to rise, however, causing the cloud top to billow up and out, if there is enough wind. These clouds also have a life cycle. As the wind moves the cloud away from the source of the thermal, the cloud begins to die and eventually fades away. These pics are from the Condor glider sim.

Does this apply to flying Instant Missions, and all of the others, or just Multiplayer? I have heard that you must get permission to use non-default liveries in Multiplayer, Is that true? If so, who gives the permission? Thanks

Spoke too soon. Updating Starway Black Sea got me it back, but SweetFX still isn't working. Any ideas?

Problem solved. Just needed to update Starways Black Sea to new 2.5 version.

With 1.5.3, I had gorgeous colors. All of that is gone with 1.5.4. Remind me where to find them, and I will send some logs, if needed.

My trick is to make a higher approach, rather than dragging it in. Crossing the threshold, chop the throttle, raise the nose to flair, and retract the flaps. You end up on the right speed, and right attitude, as the flaps slowly retract reducing lift, and you do a three pointer. I use this with pretty much all modules I fly.
