I believe that the higher number equals slower slew rates applies to the TAD cursor only.

Are the LEDs hardwired or plug in?

Amos I believe this brick issue has been resolved by the firmware update and you should be OK. Make sure you update your firmware right away.

Fleshpiston I did have the text file in the same folder as the exe....there was no change in any of the numbers within the text file after running the exe...so i don't see what purpose it serves.

I finally found the answer...in settings for safari when into advanced settings are deleted the fighter-collection stored data...all fixed...still not sure how it got linked to the register.com site though. Thanks for all the suggestions:thumbup:

I'm pretty sure I don!t have a problem with a virus..using an ipad....there appears to be a popup attached to this site redirecting to register.com

The link given goes to register.com? And a search on google also directs to register.com even though I used fighter-collection.com for the search...how come?

TAIPAN So the text file that comes with the calibration tool has no purpose?

Hedgehog: To set the paddle as a modifier 1.go to options screen. Select controls. Make sure aircraft A-10C sim is selected beside the Aircraft Label. 2. Click on modifiers tab left bottom of screen. A modifiers panel will open. 3. Click on Add box (its kind of greyed out but you can click it) a add modifiers screen opens. 4. Use the dropdown screen just under Device name to select joystick. 5. Using the jotstck, trigger (move) the paddle switch...Joy_Btn4 should appear . Press OK. 6. Joy_4BTN will now appear on the list of modifiers... Hope this makes the proceedure clear.

JCook I do not have TARGET installed so can't check....version1.13 doesn't seem to be working right for me

I ran version 1.13 and it asked me to do the push slowly to front etc with each cardinal point followed by a space then unplug . Asked to plug in joystick again then it asked for the same routine again. The included file is called A10jotstickCalibration which has a output configuration file which has initial pos x and pos y. But does not look anything like the centering numbers mentioned by other posters.......

MB: Yup, I've had a gaming device ie like Ponger since the 70s first computer was a comadore 64.. Been into flight simming since then....I have a Private pilot licence, single engine land, but with the cost of hourly rental...not too many hours in recent years:(. Have a happy new year!!!

MB: My wife and sons and grandchildren kicked some of the money so I had to wait until yesterday before using it because my grandsons said it would't be fair if Papa got his new toy before they got theirs:megalol: It's a bit of a learning curve coming from the Saitek Pro but at least I understand the functions of the switches so I just have to build some muscle memory.

Just got mine for Christmas...Love it but notice the same issue with the slew control...I have a X52 Pro that I used for the past year and it too did not have great fine control so perhaps this is a software problem. I'm going to try Viper's suggestion to see if it helps.

Did you ensure that the drop down list in the upper left side, just to the right of the label Aircraft, says A-10 Sim not Free Camera? This is on the options page, with the tab, Control, highlighted on the top. Did you clip on the any of the spaces below the Saiteck X52 Pro tab? Try that you should be able to clip on the Load Profile tab and the load profile page should come up you just need to steer the path to the location of your saved input option file (lau) Hope this helps
