  1. You have a functional cockpit fan in the Sibwings Antonov An-2 for FSX and in the freeware Kosni Tu-144D for Fs9 and FSX....I fly both, and my conclusion is: a working fan is a total waste of resources.
  2. Thanks for release the draft. I hope that the final version will be released before Christmas.
  3. In a free world it's not neccesary hide things Bro. Welcome to the free World

    I am a Daddy

Congrats. I hope that Felix will be a simmer like his father!
  5. Thank you Joey. Later we have number files which works in the same way...other battle will be make custom numbers. And detail files... we shouldn't touch it, I think.
  6. Hi folks! someone can explain us the description.lua file? Any guide or manual? I searched in the forums, in the manuals of DCS, FC3 and Su-27 but nothing is explained. Here in the forums we can find a few answers, surely found by trial and error method, but not a complete answer. I am sure that Lua is a powerful tool, and a very smart idea was implemented for skins...but without a guide or manual we cannot use all the potential of the use of Lua in skins. Example from Lodeynoye pole AFB (177 IAP) livery. Cheers!
  7. Sure! cuz. Swedish fighters are very impressive and very unconventional designs.
  8. It's a good point, Chief. I hope that (Here I always hoping!) BST can share with us this information that Chief (and Me too) requested.
  9. Thanks for share info about the state of the manual.
  10. OMG It's very surprisingly that in the accident, the pilot performed a typical maneuver but lost the control and the chopper crashed. In the other hand, the Peruvian pilot performed very dangerous maneuvers but within the flight envelope. The danger is present in each maneuver.
  11. I hope that the manual will be released before thanksgiving day.
  12. Project Tupolev Tu-154B2 for FSX version 1.2.2 The legendary soviet airliner is available for FSX since november 2011. I-16

And that's an exception. This world doesn't work based in exceptions....In the same way, we wont assume that we win the lottery this Christmas (assume normal amount of tickets). It's a posibility, we hope that, but we have a very low probability. Another thing is, Business doesnt' run with perceptions....Because a perception cannot be measeured and processed. I think that you don't see the key here. The key is not what you or me want, the question is maximize benefits for developers. And for this they need to develop aircrafts which will be bought by the bigger number of customers.....Yes, a lot of people surely fly a I-16 vs MiG-29, but more people want a combat between I-16 and a contemporary fighter. Plexus understand this, and surely we will enjoy flying his I-16.

So, Fantastic news !!!! Following a Strategy of Win-Win (Consumer-Developer), I want that developers can maximize the profits of each project. Why? As you said each development is good for us. But If the development is a big success for the developer, more developments are possible. :smilewink: All people win!

    I-16

Bad news. I disagree with your choice if the I-16 will be a Orphan aircraft. Orphan aircrafts haven't sense in DCS world because these projects are less profitable tham other projects with a proper environment (playable enemies). We can see DCS is focused in a narrow period of the second World War. Flying in a I-16 versus BF-109k4, FW-190D9, Spitfire, P-51D, P-47D...is a suicide.
  18. Another Fulcrum Fan.
  19. DCS Berlin Theater map of Berlin? Mesh, rivers, coastal info and ground textures for all versions. Only change vector info for linear infraestructure (roads, railroads, power lines...) and Buildings. With the common data, Developers can save time and money sharing this info across several variants (44's variant, 53's variant, 85's variant for example). Nice for DCS:WWII. Doras, Mustangs, Kurfurst, Thunderbolts... Nice for a hypothetical DCS: Cold War. 50's version: Sabres, Fagots... 80's version: Hornets, Flankers, Eagles, Huey,s Hips, Cobras, Fishbeds, Hawks, Eagles...
  20. Thank you very much Tempest! Meanwhile, we wait for the official manual in english, this manual give us a lot of information.
  21. I am finishing my basic training with this Legend. I can't wait to start the campaign!
  22. Muchas gracias por la info Silver.
