First I would check is are your drivers & software for the pro, the same Version, next I would check out the saitek forums, they are a really helpfull bunch, and you are sure to get some answer to help as well. Good luck:)

Sorry Hitman my fault, what I mean is the part where you say "This would communicate that the server rotate every hour or so" would that part not stop (us) bombers from putting a dent in the senario, after say,successfull knock out of a sam system only to have the server re start and we would be back at square one, about the tackview,imo, I at the moment have the feeling if one has it,(exploite)we should all have it or none, so we get back to level playing field, in other words, to what the origional programmers set as standard in LOMAC, but ach well, I will still get shot from the sky what ever:D.

With respect But wouldn't that kinda hurt the bombtruckers that do like to join in? its very disheartening to think some fighter guy cheats n we mud movers pay the price,*******by being given an hour to make a dent in the campaign, or am I not taking into account that the servers in question are really just for radar V radar aircraft, because not many bombers come on to that kind of server, so it dont matter?.:noexpression: ***** now I am not saying this wots it cant be exploited by bombers too,just ive only heard of fighters SO FAR.

This question is inspired by a question posted on the L/O side of the forum. At the moment when ingressing in to a target area( in Lock on) the first visual clue to ground targets are little black pixles which stand out quite a bit, Will the visual aquired ground targets at distance look different in the eventual released updated B/S ?, if so can/will you show some pics?, even some mock up picks to give an idea.:)

I run Lock on using Vista, and Im almost sure I needed a patch from the starforce site to get Lockon working as well( TBH its been that long I can't remember), dont be discouraged if it does not run straight away, as most of us vista users had problems getting it to work, anyway hope it all works and welcome, hope to see you in H/L soon.

I 100% agree, but its a hard decision to leave the Vikhr's off:(, but in the right mission its very effective, and Trigg your right, It will fly like a brick if you fly it wrong,( I must admit Ive done that ) we ( 504th) have been training lately on this very subject and have found that it is a very potent weapon on the battle front if provided with sufficient air cover,we now use the auto switches on missions where possible, I might add that anyone interested in discovering the hidden pleasures of the T, would be welcome to have a "trial fly" with us.:music_whistling:.

You could be unlucky with the hour or day you log on to H/L, IMO its still a large community-ish, as Rhino4 suggested why not join a squad, Im sure you would benifit from that. Flask.........(504th)

I think every one has there own Favorite, (area that they would like to see bs set in) (me included), but for the now, Im quite thankfull that Lockon/Black shark are set where they are, the diversity geographically is brilliant, but as I said most guys would like to see it over there own neighbourhood, for me it would encompass Gt Britain to all of Europe/Russia,( dream on M8..) But I guess our American Cousins would have it another way just as "Zulu" would love it to be over his country, and so I think in the end, imo Ill take what I can get.:)

A hazard I know from personnel experiance,:) depending on your "like's" you may wish to join a squad, to fly with other like minded people on hyperlobby, and there are quite a few,(our illustrious 504th squad included)who would welcome you to there ranks.:thumbup:

IMO Asking someone to acknowlege a call to turn off/on is ok, but you might not only be the only person in the guys sphere, or he may be too busy to answer or may not realise it is himself you are talking to, so firing on the guy is in that case is not recomended,( unless you yourself are locked),but I understand the frustration you feel at people who fly on the server and wont or cannot follow basic understanding/s,of "FAIRPLAY", I myself curse and bitch at aircraft who take off from taxiways, do they listen? some do some dont, till there is a admin on the server willing to enforce the "Fairplay" there will always be this kind of trouble, If you ask me to turn off? .....yes I would, so maybe those who look at your post will take heed and try to be a "Fairplay" flyer from now on.:thumbup:

I have just finnished hard wiring the cable to my x52 pro (stick side):joystick:, the original connector gave me problems from day one:cry:, My next set up will be cougar .:megalol:

I know its a know issue but, is there anyone who has a list of airports that have the problem with the Su 25 T undercart getting damaged on the taxiway,:cry:I saw some poor guy in his own server falling foul of this problem the other night, as I fly the T I have nothing but sympathy for any one who falls foul of the blasted bug, also is there a way of spawning or assigning the T to a area not affected.

Ironhand can I ask a question/s that are a little off this topic but do connect?, Do Proffesional pilots fly lock on?( fun or otherwise) , if so what is there opinion of it in general?( say in a2g) I have often wondered about this and have never really come across any one giving a opinion.

Ive got a strange bug, whenever I try to set the size of the aiming point box when am using the vickers in the T, from say 25 down to 10, it then resets back to 25 and so I cannot lock the ground target,ie a tank or a shilka,this bug did happen very occationally (x 2 in the last 6 months) but now it seems to be all the time. I have looked for any shared button assignements conflict in the set up but cant see any also I have tried to re asign to my x52 and the bug is still present. Thanks

Ive saw you other post and, You seem to really know what you are talking about,:thumbup: Maybe you and other like minded squad members should form a commitie to support all squads in dealing with attacks,also as a bonus maybe good for inter squad relationships?(so they can make sure there sever provider is using the latest proventitive measures.) We all need to pull together on this,to put a stop to these attacks.

I tried the other Day and it was a new hack, much the same as before "This cow been hacked" bla bla bla( the usual outpouring from those kind of childish people), Ive no idea what kind of kick they get doing this,but it does P*** me off.:(

Our site (504th) has been hacked again,:(Ive no idea how they do it but they are explioting some sort of weakness that the server guys dont know about, and if its happining to another squad, maybe its a wake up call to be on your guard. Its so childish as well, attacking flight forums,what perverse kick they get out of it I know not.

I also suggest you buddy up, as soon as whoever gets locked do the notch, with wing following visual trail , suck him into visual range get low,dont jam or chaff till he fire,s and pray your wingman gets a eyeball on him, whilst he,s busy chasing his lock, the wingman can get a chance to take him out. I find it best to shout "mummy daddy" repeatedly during this does help, ( I tried other sayings like " please dont let him get me Ill be a good boy" but the first one is for me works best ;) I have often wondered one set of guys flys fighter & the other prefer,s bomber, apart from the obvious&funnys answers all I can say is It would be a dull day if I flew my 25T without a gagle of fighter jocks just "Gagging" to cream my sorry butt". also I think its the feeling that I am against insurmoutable odd,s that when I do get a success and rtb(very rare sometimes) the kick is nice,:smilewink:

I curious will BS be taking advantage of SLI? , I asked in my squad forum and afaik it will not. and is there any site that gives you help with running two cards apart from Nvidia ?, Ive got 2x 7950 GT btw.
