Thing is that the mgs in the 190 are the same as in the 109 yet in the 109 they don't jam at all. Plus the 20 mm in the 190 jammed less than the 30 mm on the 109 what is not represented in the game. I see what is possible with clouds tonight then. I really like the dynamic weather, because of it's realism. But yeah, it sadly doesn't work properly online. Label mod is on.

Vehicles also have problems with path finding and get stuck in towns. The AI calculation of units is seems to run on a single core. So lagging doesn't start because of to many polygons, but because the AI take to long to calculate everything for it. To my experience this gets even worse when the Data has to be send to multiple players. you can for example place like 150 units on the map without any issue, but if these units start to interact with each other .... goodbye. A lot of optimisation is needed if ED wants us to simulate combat of entire platoons.

I monitored Server performance today and noticed that when the bombers are attacked the CPU usage goes up like crazy, and causing warping. Probably because of AI calculations send to every player. So as mich as i loved to keep bombers i sadly have to remove them until they don't cause performance issues any more.

It appears that we forgot to restart the server.exe for SRS. Sorry for that.

Finally: -Fixed the bug causing bombers not to despawn (Thanks to FC for his support) -Fixed the spotting of ground units -added Flak88 guns along the bombers path -reduced the amount of bombers per raid from 16 to 12.

Probably because B17 didn't despawn ( what worked just fine in my offline testing :mad: ) I'll check what's going on there today.

Thx for the feedback, as for multiple bomber formations at the same time: This was one of the bugs i fixed. Now it always will be just one. I will reduce the bombers. Also for frame rate sake, as weaker machines seem to struggle with that much tracer fire. Ships: The ships are currently targets are travelling to the coast before unloading tanks. They defend them self with AAA fire and atm it's to lethal to place more of them. Almost as bad as with ships in Cliffs. More will come when this is fixed/ skip bombing is possible, as bombing them is also quite the challenge. I didn't place any AI fighters. Don't know what you saw there^^ Probably a player. I'll think about changing airbases. About soft targets: I'm going to spawn 88s at random points along the bombers route. Should give Spitfires something to do apart from dogfighting. :thumbup:

I added more B17 raids and fixed some bugs. Now, after 15 minutes into the mission there should be always 16 bombers in the area to intercept (unless they got destroyed). Germans will a bra message to them every 2 minutes. If anybody notice that this isn't the case, pls report, so i can fix it. As for soft targets: They currently have no purpose: They can't serve as ammo trucks, nor can you use them to detect units (forward air spotter role, etc.) I also played around with infantry, but they don't do to strafing / bombs and they kill the frame rate when to much of them are in combat. I will add soft ragets as soon as they are a viable option / have something to do beside being a target. I added a poll for this one. I am not a big fan of the mod, as you can see the dot trough wings etc. But i let the majority decide.

Is there any Info about a WW2 radar station being modelled? We really need one to make proper intercept missions.
