Hi guys!
Firstly, congratulations to the whole team for the long awaited release and thank you for this fun little jet! I've only flown it for 1 hour now and must say, the overall feeling is nice. It flys nice, it looks nice and has some neat little features. Nevertheless, I want to adress the sounds. Yes, the engine and master caution/stall warning etc. sound pretty good and more or less like the real thing (I suppose), BUT is it really that difficult to implement realistic sounds for the switches/knobs/fans etc?
I'm a guy whose immersion is not limited to visuals and for me, hearing the same clicking-sound on 5 different modules is killing the authenticity quite a bit.
I love DCS and all developers for their hard work and aspiration towards max. possible realism but I gotta say, the sounds are a little bit behind from what could/SHOULD be possible. Why make a stop here, when visual quality and flight model/system fidelity is already so advanced?
TL/DR: Would you consider adding a few sounds or is that it?
Btw, exept for the Mi-8, which has many nice custom sounds generally, this question could be asked to all other developers as well.
Kind regards,
Manuel
