In Controls options, open the A-10C controls list, bottom left is a modifiers button, click that, select Joystick from the drop down list and hit the paddle (joystick Button 4) to set it as a modifier, Now go to the trim control under joystick, click the box to enter a button, and while holding the paddle press the hat direction you want to use as the trim

^^ probably a copyrighted 3d model, so can only be used with a bought license or behind closed doors as such On a different note, since yesterdays update, when I launch open beta with the A-7 mod active DCS launches with DCS mig21OVT debug console open at the same time and it runs in an open cmd window the whole time DCS is running, logging every input and action in the game, is that a new thing or has anyone else had it happen??

Nice one, this mod just gets better and better, Shame about the lights, are they really broken or have they just been magically repositioned inside the model so can't be seen

MiG15, F-86 & L-39, are fairly easy start up, Hawk, C-101 are also quick & easyish plus both MiG & Sabre just went on 30% off sale so there's some insentive to get 'em if you don't already :D

you've been sat with 0% power and toggled flaps, so one pf the flaps is fully down and the other is up check your hydralics, bring power up to 50% / 80% and let hydro build up again to use reset flaps or Do complete shutdown, call in ground power, restart, kill GP once complete, while sitting idle you need throttle @ 50% - 80% to keep hydro systems online

try manually selecting and assign Joy_x & Joy_y from the drop down list in settings and see if that works rather than pushing the stick to assign

process of elimination, I had similar when i owned the stick, I would get conflicts between it and some mouse & Madcatz / Saitek stuff at times, try deleting the inputs folder for the aircraft and maybe the defaults inputs folder too and do a repair and then rebind, Make sure that X & Y are bound to pitch & roll in the General setting as well as the aircraft axis assignments other than that i'm at a loss,

check the switch on the rear is set to PC and not PS3, or that you haven't pressed the mapping, home or preset buttons buttons, other than that could be a loose wire internally or maybe the drivers?

^^ yes Steam to SA is Ok can't go the other way, lookup your keys in the Steam DLC page and add them to your DCS account on the store site, the activate them in the Module manager

In the CL for F-86 "Reduced the maximum possible G at an altitude above 5 km" does that mean the plane will enter stall more quicklier in high G turns above 16500 feet or the opposite?? think I confused myself

I think it's more of a timer, so if you know the your speed & direct line distance to say a target you can calculate and set a countdown time to release for bombs etc i could be wrong haven't flown it in a while

Yeah ^^ that, does it get picked up by the file check in MP sessions and get you kicked out

I think CTRL / ALT and the numpad keys or hold 0 Numpad and press 1 to 9 for fixed views can't remember which, might get you a few angles that'll help see behind the stick
