Why does a 2 seat version has to be so complex with an AI? :huh: you switch to back seat and still be able to keep control of the aircraft. :P For example: If you need to quickly work on some systems (physically flying the aircraft, autopilot, lights, flaps, gear etc etc etc) that are located in the front seat and you are currently in the back seat searching for targets, then you can still engage/disengage those systems through key commands or HOTAS.. IMO I don't think its necessary to physically be in the front seat to engage those systems (and other systems that are located in front)... and vice versa. Unless there is something else I didn't think of yet :music_whistling:

Its highly unlikely because most systems are way too classified. If ED models F-15E it will not be modeled at the same standard as A-10C or KA-50... and thats a fail in ED logbook.

I haven't touched FC1.12 for almost 2 years now and that desert terrain makes me wanna install it again in a heartbeat. If I could only rep you again :)

I'm still seeing flickering on TGP and MAV displays on beta 4 even though (AFAIK) I tried all possible combos from in GUI options and nvidia control panel. The only way to stop it is to disable Multi-GPU config from nvidia CP. Hopefully it will get fixed in beta 6. I really want to use both GPUs. I wonder how Matt Wagner managed to fix the flickering from TGP and MAV displays. I saw from his sig that he's using the same card although he could be producing those videos from another rig.

Time will come... eventually :P

There's a very high probability that it'll be the F-15C. Since its the only other USA fixed wing fighter in LockOn, FC and FC2. But also, I don't see why the F-16C or F/A-18C shouldn't be next one.

Its either the single seat F-16C Block 40 or the F-15C. There's no way they'll be able to fully simulate the F-15E. There's a number of avionics which are (AFAIK) very top secret.

Me too. I'm a huge fan of desert terrains. If that Afghanistan map is not ready until A-10C release, I'll put my photoshop skills into good use and alter the stock textures to create a desert landscape over Caucasus :P P.S. Although Afghanistan is in the middle east and is considered a desert terrain.. that doesn't mean is the same everywhere in Afghanistan. Attention to detail should be a given from the start in making a desert terrain not to "overcook" and get the colors wrong (too reddish or too yellow). Northern Afghanistan is mountainous and has very high vegetation with forests (some areas might even resemble with some of the mountains in DCS). Also, the south parts (Kandahar & Helmand) in spite being very "desert" like terrains, they also have "green" zones, around rivers and lakes with high vegetation and populace. I haven't been there personally but I live in a country very close to Middle East with similar environment.

There's someone already working on Afghanistan. Though not at the same pace as ED.
