I was wondering when creating a mission.Where can you put the Miz file once you finish it.I saw that there is a My Mission tab located in the actual Mission section on the DCS World Main Menu.Where do you put the file in what folder for it to show up on the tab.Any help would be appreciated.

Does that mean the MI-8 will get multi-crew also.

Hopefully we not only get a fully controllable carrier that you can operate inside but Tanks and AFVs,Subs and other ships,SAMs and Antiaircraft systems, and Logistic vehicles to send supplies to the battlefront.I hope that you can eventually sink Carriers and other ships.

DCS: F-16CM Block 50 by EDSA Discussion Thread
Angelthunder replied to NineLine's topic in DCS: F-16C Viper
Since the Falcon is the next modern jet.I wonder if development of the Hornet and it's multirole systems will make ED develop this jet faster than 5 years it took for the Hornet. -
As much as i want to see more British aircraft like all the Hawker brand military types and the Buccaneer.I think Razbam is too busy right now with their other aircraft like the SuperTucano and the French Mirages along with the Migs. They still have plans for the other Harrier variants like the FRS 1 and AV-8B+ which count as British planes.

I still want to see the C model fully clickable. The E and C Eagles are two totally different aircraft for different missions.

External SSD Question
Angelthunder replied to Angelthunder's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Thanks,I'm going to take back the external SSD to get a refund and get the Samsung Evo 360 500GB internal SSD and the cable to install that since it's cheaper than the M.2 strip. And there seems to be a mounting bracket already inside my desktop below the HDD drive. -
External SSD Question
Angelthunder replied to Angelthunder's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
David,i have two SATA power plug connectors that have the SATA imprint on them that are not hooked up to the remaining two slots for additional drives. The other two Sata ports are already hooked up with the Data plug connectors above the empty ports with the HDD and default SSD connected to them. However I don't see any other spare SATA Data plug connectors in the back of the motherboard that I see.Just two big cable connectors that look like the SATA ones and a small square connector that goes somewhere. -

Alright David,I found two SATA Connectors on the back of my desktop and a empty slot below the HDD drive with a tray holder underneath it and two rectangular slots in the back of the motherboard for i guess another SSD slot. The two Sata connectors are already in the default SSD and the hard drive. -
External SSD Question
Angelthunder replied to Angelthunder's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
My Motherboard has the M.2 Socket 3 Slot for M Key and 4 SATA 6.0GBs connectors with my Western Digital 120GB SSD connected to the top of the four plugs. Can I use the last two plugs below it to add the new SSD. -
External SSD Question

So if I trade my external SSD,what Internal SSD can I put into my motherboard since I don't exactly want to take out my original WD 120GB SSD that my gaming computer came along with my Windows OS and have to clone and boot. -
External SSD Question
Angelthunder replied to Angelthunder's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Thanks but the updates now appear since my Windows OS has access to the new portable drive to continue updating my DCS World stable version.Plus my Ibuypower Trace 940 desktop has only one slot for my 120GB SSD with the Windows 10 OS and a spare 1TB HDD.There's Youtube videos out there that show PC Games can be stored in portable SSDs such as the one i bought such as GTA 5 and Games on Steam. -
External SSD Question
Angelthunder replied to Angelthunder's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I think I fixed the problem but the shortcuts to DCS World on my new T5 SSD where not working because I sent the Eagle Dynamics folder to my new external SSD without fixing the shortcuts that my Windows OS couldn't detect on my C Drive SSD. By the way i have a gaming desktop, not a laptop. -
I just bought the Samsung T5 500GB External SSD to switch my DCS World and it's folder over to the new drive to save space for the Original C drive it was on.But now it won't scan for updates anymore, but it still allows me to sign on to my module manager. Is DCS World not compatible with external SSDs.
-
Okay thanks, will i need to backup my files,if so what do I need to get to put my files in.I've never done that before.
-
I have the GTX 1060 3 GB and H310 Plus motherboard so yes that's the stuff I have. So which SSD capacity would go into it if I upgrade. Can any SSD drive do.
-
I saw the Samsung Evo 1TB SSD,will that work inside my computer,I have a M2 slot and how much capacity can it take.
-
Is that external or internal SSD and can my gaming computer handle that inside my desktop.
-
I recently downloaded DCS World 2.5 and already looking at buying a SSD drive to upgrade so i can add more maps from ED to it.I currently have a Western Digital 120GB SATA SSD in a Ibuypower Trace 940 Gaming Computer with 12GB left. What's the best one to get and can my gaming computer go up to a 1TB SSD.
-
That sucks:cry:I hope they eventually make one someday. I also would like to see the Martin B-26 Marauder as AI too since it also saw action in Normandy.
-
Then I would probably go with the MIIIEA.
-
Why not both. They both saw action in the Falklands conflict.
-
I know the ED newsletter said other aircraft were coming to the Normandy map that includes the A-20 Havoc, but is it going to be a AI only model or a full blown flyable aircraft like there planning with the DH Mosquito.
-
Yeah, the Typhoon needs to be added to the Normandy map and as a fully modeled aircraft down the road.
-
After seeing the Wags article on the gamingnexus website. It seems ED and other 3rd parties can create civilian aircraft and helos when they get the whole map and ATC covered later down the road.I know some people here may not like non combat aircraft in this sim,but i would gladly buy a fully modeled Beech Bonanza or a Robinson R44 helo or any other type of civilian plane. What are your guys thoughts.
