  1. Pity that LTWS is low prio but choices had to be made and they can't satisfy everyone. I'll be patiently waiting :)
  2. the english is clear, further radar debugging. The words further radar alone dont make sense.
  3. I fully agree with OP. And again, I am not complaining. Wags communication has been outstanding and it is fully understood that ED should be the master on what gets priority with regards to their ressources, interdependencies etc... I just would like to see the current/plan status of the TWS. I started a thread about that yesterday, it was kicked to the wishlist
  4. interesting to see how you missed all your shots on the F4 although you had the reticle alligned with a lead and the shoot cue on. You hit him only when you took a longer lead without the shoot cue.
  5. Really? Pushed in the wishlist and marked as coming? Of course we know it's coming, I was asking about some Infos if available from Wags, otherwise I (we) am patiently waiting... Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  6. Latent Track While Scan, the functionality is what Eldur described. You can lunch AIM120 on the targets you are tracking without STT. They will notice amissile locking them, only when the AIM120 goes pitbull. I dont know hoy many simultaneous targets the Hornet can track and launch AMRAAM on though.
  7. It is indeed like this. As Wags pointed, it is a waypoint (not clear if it must be in the sequence, but if it is added through the ME then it would be part of the sequence) You are right, it can't be deleted or changed by the pilot, but you can set it back. It is the limitation the of the technology of that time
  8. Wags have a nice outlook on what are they are working on for the coming weeks and months. There wasn't an explicit mention of the LTWS. Is it something we will see in the near future? Is it meant to be under "AA radar debugging" LTWS will are an other dimension to BVR in the hornet and will make it useful to have some AMRAAMs onboard. Hope we get some news about it. 9. Thanks Wags and Jojo Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  10. I think we pretty much all agree with Jojo here. I hope Wags can have a look at this and correct if it's really as Jojo said. We never know, maybe there is other rationale behind
  11. That's also in DCS. If you request a picture you get it relative to BE. If you request bogey dope you get it in BRA Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  12. However the picture shows the relative bullseye point to you not as Jojo said. Look at the coordinates again. I agree that it makes more sense. Maybe ED has to correct it. Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  13. Good point! Maybe it would help reduce friendly kills by 0,0001% :D
  14. Wags edited his post. It was originally top right hence my post. Now it's correct Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  15. Originally Wags wrote: "The bearing and range of the TDC to the bullseye is displayed in the top rightportion of the radar display. See attached." Is it top right or top left? On the top left I can see and angle and distance. The top right corner is glared. If Wags really meant top right corner, what is the angle and distance on the top left corner? Edit: it's corrected to top left corner. Thanks! Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  16. I'm surprised that NineLine doesn't actually fly the F18 privately and missed this problem. Nevertheless, the point of having a track is not only to prove that the bug is real, but also to study how it occurs, under which circumstances. Maybe they do a debit session with it... I guess.
  17. and this in the instant action mission of 9X and guns JMHCS Bug.trk
  18. if you have friendlies in the vicinity and you want to focus on on an enemy who is closer to you in a turning fight for example.
  19. The radar information on JHMCS will be available soon. If I'm not wrong, this Wednesday. You are right about the remaining weapons, but they seem easier to implement than to code radar systems, ATFLIR etc... Pretty sure we will have LGBs quicker than what we think. Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  20. So, we will have all Mavericks soon in game. SA\Datalink and HARM following after. The major missing things will be ATFLIR, full AA and AG radar. We should see this bird finished somewhere in 2019 I guess.
  21. Normally the correct procedure is to say spot and then in. But you are right you don't have to do that. Maybe you got no permission because you were attacking from a wrong direction ? You have to attack east to west like he instructed you. Gesendet von meinem SM-G965F mit Tapatalk
  22. That's fascinating :) I guess, pilots dont use it because they have a preplanned flight plan with altitude and airspeed they must respect.
  23. just a rework of the AIM120 like what we so with the AIM7. SA Page is the situational awarness page.
  24. we are almost on the same page. i would just say HARM before AIM120 overhaul.
