  1. I set it to extreme and didnt get any fps hit, didnt increase tree visibility yet, will try this next. this mod is totally awesome.
  2. Hi and thanks for replying! yeah, exactly. Thats how I can make it work, by moving the high res screen to the left, as you suggest. Thats however not what I want, I want it in the middle :) In DCS1.2 it worked as intended.
  3. Hi, I hope I can describe my problem properly. My setup is the following: physical screen placement: 1 2 3 _________________________4 screen arrangement in windows: 1 2 4 3 screen 1 and 3 are 1920x1080 (both used for helios) screen 2 is my main screen (4k monitor running at 2650x1440) screen 4 is a USB screen for helios and mfcd exports so in order to get what I want, I do set the in game resolution to render the game across screen 2 + 4: 3926x1440 final resolution. That means 2560x1440 for the cockpit view and the remaining 1366x1400 for the USB screen for the lua exports In DCS 1.2 that works like a charm, the game renders properly on the main screen (2), while the mfcds are exported to screen 4. In DCS 1.5, it still works basically, but the game renders now on screen 1 instead (and partly also stretches on screen 2, since 1 cant accommodate this high res), even though screen 2 is set as my main display in windows. I can work around it by re-arranging the screens in windows and have screen 2 on the very left (so like this: 2 4 1 3). However this is unnatural, since when I want to mouse over to screen 1 (the left screen, I need to actually move the mouse to the right). The short version is, how can I force DCS to use my main screen, and not simply use the screen which is on the left side? Again, on 1.2 it works as intended. I have win10 and read posts about scaling etc, but I have scaling set at 100%, so this will not fix it. thank you so much for reading this, I would appreciate your help!
  4. me too, getting the static image on my Helios screen.
  5. sorry if that had been asked before, but is DCS Northern Europe recommended for DCS 1.5 already, or should I wait for a new 1.5 -optimized version of your mod? and thanks for your great work Starway!
  6. also getting the flickering in A10C TGP while in FLIR. CCD, no flickering
  7. same. Setting to extreme makes the game so much better. This mod is priceless!!
  8. well said!
  9. I bet you will be busy heh ;) j/k, looking forward to relase :D
  10. same here! Will listen to it as soon as I get off work :)
  11. +1 :pilotfly:
  12. I'm looking forward to it but I'm super happy with DCS how it is now also :p Looking forward to see how it will perform with today's hardware that's pretty much what I'm excited about the most. Aaand the F14 of course :)
  13. I joined the club!
  14. I own all modules but mailnly bought them to support the Devs. Only proficient in the A-10C, did not yet have time to learn the others, except for the Huey a little bit, but far from proficient at it still
  15. I'm also an owner of the SLAW pedals and love them absolutely. Slaw is super friendly and supportive, can only recommend his service fully.
  16. Sgt_Baker, I have this bug with huge delay on uMFCD. I run dual EVGA GTX 970. I also tried without SLI- same issue. Also rolled back drivers to earlier versions as suggested earlier in this thread, didnt help much. Running win10 now, but had the same problems before I upgraded from win 8.1 I would used uMFCD immediately once the delay issue (and FPS hit) could be resolved, I would also gladly pay for it, in case it came out as payware version one day. Until then, I use conventional MFD export (which has the disadvantage of having to render a larger monitor area- which is a big deal on my 4k screen)
  17. also works on a fresh install (might have to disable enhanced power management in the registry, but that was also the case under win 8)
  18. it worked, despite the error message. You should get mail soon if not already happened :)
  19. Hey that's great! Looks like a small tech problem I will notify the others :) will get back to you sir
  20. as others said before, join a virtual wing and make some friends to fly with there. Total game changer really.
  21. Click my sig that will get you on the 132nd website if you like what you see there consider applying (we play in EU TZ though). We always fly with human ATC
  22. confirmed, it works like a charm once you disable enhanced power management. I did find and download a little tool which lists all your USB devices and lets you for each particular device right-click -edit in registry. That way you don't have to manually search for them, which is great. I can post a link once I get home
  23. best solution would be to fly with real human ATC ;) That is fun and makes it so much more immersive
  24. Hi towsim, Ive been using Win 10 since it came out for the public and I have absolutely no issues at all with Aries, not a single Aries crash in the last months for me. 132nd did not update DCS to the latest version yet, we are still running 1.2.16.39472.729 (the one before the recent update) Some of our guys had Aries crashes in the last days, that coincided with the TS3 3.0.17update. Not saying TS update is to blame, but as a precaution, we all rolled back to TS 3.016 and we did not have any problems since. hope that helps
