  1. That photo is exactly like my round, other than the blue paint. Mine is black. The crimp is identical also.
  2. I've got a similar round on the shelf here, no primer, the cartridge has been drilled, and the tip of the bullet is black vs silver. However, the band near the bottom of the bullet is engraved with : *LC-2-17*57*20MM*M55A2* Maybe that will help with your search.
  3. Once you drill down to the "Interesting" folder in Dropbox, there is a Download button at the top which will give you all the missions in one zip.
  4. Any update on this "next" update? For what it's worth, every indicator in the A-10C_lamps-cautions-01.dds file is affected by this. When will ED fix the wire/breaker/rheostat/file path to get this working?
  5. I ordered mine 2 June, shipped on 18 June, received today! Very well boxed and in perfect shape. Well worth the wait.
  6. I've been using DCS for 1.5 years, and I can't remember it ever being displayed in feet vs meters, release or otherwise. Maybe it's time to delete my options.lua, the only thing I haven't tried.
  7. I wish that had worked for me. Both release and alpha are stuck on metric it seems.
  8. Please share your TIR5 profile for the A10, if you would. I have yet to find a solution that will let me get at the left and right consoles easily with the change.
  9. I've got it in the A10 on 25L.
  10. Not until in the air, looks like Frenchman Mountain is blocking it.
  11. OK, thanks all, I have figured this out - for the Hawk at least. It indeed works well! One question though about T-Link. If I open the 'Aux' panel, depressing the right pedal lights the 'LEFT' light, and conversely for the left pedal lighting the 'RIGHT' light. Consequently I had to switch the Joy-Y and Joy-Z axes to get the correct wheel brake to work. Is this a T-Link bug?
  12. Thanks for the responses, but I don't see that anything has been simplified at all. Or is T-Link the simplification?
  13. Any update on this?
  14. Show me, please. I've done three circuits now, the last at night with NVGs at 10,000 ft. Just the one is all I saw.
  15. Nice find! Bigger than I expected. Go with a full load of fuel...
  16. Thank you, works fine!
  17. That's OK, keep your heads, I was just noting a change in behavior. Clicking the joystick removes the lot for me - a nice feature, lacking in some birds. It works nice in this one!
  18. Right, that works. However, it's a bit unnerving to rotate that view and stare at your own head, per your photo.
  19. With the latest 2.0 update, my initial view in cockpit is deep inside the helmet. Toggling the joystick off clears it up. Bug with my setup or ?
  20. As a test, I deleted the 2.0.1 C101 Missions folder. A repair appeared to copy them over from my 1.5.2 release folder. Fine. I deleted both folders, and then a 2.0 repair did go to ED and download 35 MB with the same result, nothing but Georgia missions, no NTTR at all.
  21. For what its worth, I see the same as you - A10 missions. Only slightly off topic, I'm seeing FC3 missions under the Hawk in Instant Action. Something is getting terribly borked in 2.0. Repairs have not changed a thing. Has anyone deleted the Missions folder to see if a repair might sort it out?
  22. Sorry, read the whole thread and didn't see them mentioned.
  23. Maybe we can have ILS in Nevada, along with all the VOR/TACAN. I've attached a file for all to test. Note - for the NTTR map only, no Georgia locations included. As there are some discrepancies between the 'map' and the locations published in beacons.lua, I've stayed with Beacons.lua for the moment. As always, save away your original as an update or repair will no doubt overwrite this. Any problems, let me know. ILS locations added are: Nellis RWY 21L, 109.01 McClarren RWY 25R, 110.30 - RWY 25L, 111.75 Groom Lake RWY 32R, 109.30 Creech RWY 08, 108.70 - RWY 13, 108.50 Fair warning, getting the ILS to work required using some magic numbers for localizer and GS bearings to get them on the runways. No doubt they could use some tuning. A big thanks to uboats for all his navigation work in DCS - I've read them all and used a lot of his work to figure this out. navdata.txt
  24. While pressing "SBY" on the flight director to perform a lamp test, "HDG" doesn't light. Bad bulb? Also, the bottom 2 lamps of the marker beacon indicator have their lamp test reversed.
  25. If you are comfortable editing the navdata.txt file... Increase the number in the first line by one - this is a beacon counter I believe. Add the following to the end of the file: TCN 000000 012 X LSV 1 36.244644 -115.025113 564.647034 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 and save it That should give you TACAN at Nellis. I'm not clear if the elevation (564.647034 meters I assume) should be expressed that way or in feet. That might be why I'm having trouble with ILS. The raw data comes from Beacons.lua. The format of the entries is in the Read Me.txt in the data forlder.
