I have been looking at the ips monitors you have been suggesting but just need clarification. Would I see screen pixels with 27inch at 1metre distance? And now due to Covid, I have to wait until there's stock available. Also, danilop, can you be a little more specific regarding Visual Acuity Distance? Cheers

Hi Lineaxe, I also find it very frustrating when I have landed, refueled etc and there are no atc commands for taxi or takeoff. I have used a little extra runway on carrier and taken off Ok so have a go. Chocks Away

I know this has been discussed before, but I cannot seem to find any new info regarding this for latest 2.5. Is there a simpler way to change the white text of the Comms menu as it sometimes becomes unreadable. Is it the lua file that will allow the colour change? If so, I can then make a copy and use jsgme so not to lose the original. Cheers

Hi there. My brother is pulling his hair out trying to get hold of a t16000 hotas. I've been looking for months and even written to Thrustmaster. They replied saying it is because of covid and that they will be getting more in. I have to say that if this goes on any longer, there won't be anything left to buy or sell and the world will come to a halt. I really hope that you are lucky very soon but don't hold your breath. I remember my first computer was an Amiga with 1meg of ram Wowee!! Since then it has gone mad, which is great. There are so many choices out there. Nothing like it used to be. I think as well, it is down to how much space you have. This has been very interesting to see different ideas. Soon my 21 inch will be history and something brighter and bigger will be in its place. Then to look at a much better graphics card. And what a headache that will be. Ha Ha

BuzzU, the problem is with my eyes. I love flying and I really wanted info concerning the 1080p scenario. I am really grateful for the help. At the moment, I have a gtx 960 but want something to run a larger 1080p monitor. I read thar 24inch is the optimum size as pixels start to look a bit blocky. I will be going for a ips 144hz monitor.

Thanks for the input on refresh rates. I will take a look and see what's available. Like so many other things, finding a retailer with stock is something new.

Many thanks guys for your input. I think I might go for a 24inch and see how I get on. One thing, if I purchased a monitor that is 144hz, can it run at 60hz as well until I get a more powerful graphics card?

I hope that someone can give me a little info and help. I have been recovering from an illness that has affected my eyes. At the mo, I have a 21inch monitor and now finding some icons at 1920 x 1080 a little blurry. When in DCS, I can read really well but was wondering if I had a 24inch monitor, would that help me? I would keep aspect ratio the same. Any help or info would be greatly received. Cheers Steve

After landing the hornet in multiplayer, we needed to refuel and rearm. Tuned radio and contacted ground crew but nothing happened. We had the canopy up. Contacted atc with no probs. Is this a bug. Any ideas? cheers

Hi All Been away for a while, not been too great. Just got back and now updated to latest version of Stable. I was checking my folders and find that the Sound folder in Root has only got ENG. Is this correct or do I need to do a repair? I remember we had a few more folders. The amount of work on the 2 big updates I have installed is amazing and can't wait to get stuck in again. Cheers

My mission works fine with triggers etc. When I spectated to check it out, I find that after the AI have done a bombing run, they still have their full compliment of stores. Is this a bug or not? or could it be my internet connection? I see the bombs fall and to its target. Cheers

Yes, thats an idea but it would be great to keep the smoke on until that unit is dead. I have been looking at Time More Than to trigger the smoke again. I will look at the static as well and maybe place it as close to target as possible. Cheers

Thanks guys My brother has become addicted to DCS but now I am teaching him weapons. He has trouble spotting targets which is understandable as he is getting to grips with the different types of armoury. I set a smoke marker when we enter the Trigger Zone but when he exits to come in for an attack, he takes time to spot the smaller ones. He is doing great so just to help him a while, a smoke marker is ideal. Is the scheduler in ME Triggers? Will take a look.

I can set triggers for smoke markers on mission start, and once etc, but is there a setting so that they stay on until the target is destroyed? I have tried different ways but sometimes the smoke just builds up. Cheers

I am also having a problem with multiplayer. When I run the mission on my own, it works. When I host for a friend, nothing works. Do we have to place a second JTAC? Don't know how that would work. Such a shame as it's twice the fun.

Really enjoying this script but would like to use it in multiplayer with a friend. Can I have the planes in one group, or do I make a new group for each plane to make this work? Can't remember if I saw there was a problem with multiplayer Cheers Sorted thanks

Its ok guys, I have sorted it out. My fault.

After creating the triggers with Mist and CTLD, i placed a message to inform me that they were loaded and ready. I should have given it much more than 10 seconds but need to know how you edit them? I have clicked on the triggers but don't see anything to edit, ie time more than etc Cheers
