Yup same. I would say the overall performance is worse than in the stand alone version.

I use it for pitch reference in normal flight condition/navigation. I center it with my ADI or 0 line on the HUD ladder. and use it as my 10 deg for take off pitch etc.... I wonder why there is no default pitch reference in the HUD like the gun cross in F16.

I've been around A10 for a while and have been in a few different squadrons before. My experience so far.There are squadrons out there that say they implement true to life SOP but after the training period it all comes down to just flying around and blowing $%#@ up. I'm looking for a serious squadron with the "do it right or get a $%^# out mentality. People who don't have to drop a single bomb or fire a single missile to have fun as long as it's done right. I want train lead - wing support tactics, tac turns , brevities etc.. until its a second nature. I would like to learn from someone that really knows the stuff .Anybody?

I believe it has something to do with the laser life span. I think you can overheat and burn the laser if it stays on for a longer period of time.

I voted Longbow but I dont think it'll ever happen. AH6D will be next aircraft after the fix wing ED is working at right now, will be my guess. I just can smell it in the air. :)

I just got Warthog Hotas. I don't know why people are saying that this is the perfect stick. I think thrustmaster should be selecting better words when advertising their products. "This stick has no centre play" Please, micro managing input is impossible with this thing. I'm very very pissed at them. Maybe I'm spoiled because I was using Cougar with Nxt mod.

Legend Aircraft? Can someone explain to me why would ED go this road? I mean imho it's a waste of money and time. Why would they veer of the original plan and start working on WW2 airplane. You change the alt alert via you UFC. If I remember correctly you have to push function and alert or something like that. Then you can input the value for min alt.

If you listen closely you can hear them calling dry maverick pass. That means they just locking the target with out actually releasing it. The maves are to expensive to be fired for training purposes. Therefore the master arm in sim. He switches to arm for the practice bomb passes and gun runs.
