  1. Noted, thank you.
  2. Noted, thank you. It is possible that the sound effect is bugged. We will take a look.
  3. Thank you for offering your help. Manual in EN is reviewed by ED testers, it will be corrected as much as possible. Errors will always exist even after that.
  4. Thank you Flagrum.
  5. Pressure and altitude values (metric/SI or imperial) in ATC correspondence are controlled by "country" selection in Mission Editor. If you fly under "Russia" for example, you will receive metric/SI values, compliant with MiG-21bis cockpit. If you fly under "USA" for example, you will receive imperial valies.
  6. Are you referring to STABILIZATION or RECOVERY modes? Please provide a bit more details on flight conditions and aircraft behaviour. No need to attach tracks (except for the other forum members who want to have a look) since I can't play them because of differences in public Beta and my local files. Thank you.

Yes, they are taken into account. However, FYI they actually increase O2 usage. Normally, you don't need to use them, and - once the 02 pressure is below certain level - they can't help you. In RL they are used if the pilot wants to refresh, or before pulling high-g for prolonged time (like in ACM), at very high altitudes in compressed suit and so on.
  8. Flagrum, we had to move the macro from Lua to C++, since it refused to execute in Lua. If macros prove to work in Lua, I don't see why anyone can't write one.
  9. Thank you, report noted. For the proper g-effect, go to Options -> Gameplay -> G Effects drop down menu -> select "SIMULATION" Cockpit shake: Options -> Special -> MiG-21Bis -> cockpit shake level 100% (normal value) If you have this value at 0%, all shakes are prevented. This is overridden in one of the next patches, so high AoA shake will be available regardless of this setting.
  10. Thank you TurboHog. Part of my answer is in another post. I will check 8xFAB-100.
  11. Thank you for your thoughts. Please bear in mind that you have beta FM, mine and your result may differ a bit. Nevertheless, the difference is not significant. Note that when it comes to e.g. fuel consumption, the manual you are using states that these tables are for orientation only (few pages before the page with the table in your post). Fuel consumption is modeled according to more precise tables. Your inputs are very valuable, thank you.
  12. Not necessarily. Can you please provide the track or mission?
  13. Yott, thank for covering this.

    Bug noted, thank you.
  15. Way to go guys! Thumbs up!
  16. Thank you. Aircraft weight matters a lot. I just performed 30 minutes (accelerated time) flight at 10.000m with 2xR-3S and all internal fuel (which would not be the case in reality). Hanged there until I used all O2, and things started to be blurry (bug). During this, I spent about 1100-1200 lit (3-4 afterburners, including one for full semi-turn because I got near the map edge). Im pretty sure I could have stayed there for another 30 minutes if it was not for the O2. I agree that the engine power at MAX could be greater by 1-3% at this altitude. I will perform bit more tests. Thank you for commenting and analyzing this. acmi - flight, image - end Tacview-20140920-013515.txt.rar
  17. I just need a printscreen of a chart/s please.
  18. Please attach the mentioned manual reference.
  19. Nereid, please upload your mission here.

    Hey laxentis, very cool!
  21. Noted, thank you.
  22. Emergency procedure 6.2. In short: - make sure RH61 auxiliary is > 110 - IAS 500km/h - gear handle LV44 in neutral - unlock nose gear with CL63 - open valve RV1 Once RV1 is opened, gears wont move up/down anymore until the aircraft is "repaired". In other words, this is one time operation regardless of success.
  23. Can you attach the printscreens, F2 views?
  24. Noted, thank you.
