Ok so our resident harrier pilot is busy however I have checked with a former ground crew for the harrier. Every harrier has different mods and repairs. From the back up compass light to added warning lights, like ones seen on the frame He believes this is a repair, and its not standard on harriers out the factory;) Really good spot tho :)
