It's just files that are changed with the mods. Latter Mod will override any file that previous mod changed. You can't have 2 of the same files being copied at the same location and expect them to work differently. If you want to fix this you're gonna have to invest time into cleaning unecessary files that conflict and keep the files you like

What I don't like about Spit in DCS Is it's Yaw control at low and high speeds it wobbles way to much. It's really realllllllllly weird on take off in the video you linked Pilot has no issues taking off. Also gears are really slow to retract : /

It's the button between the "PERP" and "DEST" button on the INS Panel on the right side. I believe it's something like "ENC" or something can't really remember off the top my head

Small question guys ... I've switched from JSMGE to this and I gotta say I love it. Only problem I ran into that one of my mods can't be enabled after being disabled for the enabled then disabled for the first time. Rest of them work fine. Could someone tell me where Can i find Logs?

This is known, It's how it works atm

Move the camera and position it how you want you want to be be and then press "Ralt + Numpad0" And solved no mod needed
