  3. I found that if I open an instant mission and copy the F15E S4 plane from that mission I can paste that plane into my own mission editor mission. I cannot however add another F15E S4 into that quick mission, not selectable despite it having one in the mission already.
  4. Aircraft does not show as a selectable aircraft for the player or AI to use in mission editor at all.
  5. Having looked how all my WinWing is put together, if any of them fail it is not a massive job to replace the board with something stand alone as a last resort, even for a hobby level solder'er like me.
  6. I have the internals of that stick , brand new, never used, I just used the handle and board on my MSFFB2 conversion.......might have some spares which are useful , pots, plastic fittings etc?

  9. I was just dropping in to update this very fact, beat me to it, I was doing some fresh testing to verify, very very very good to see, I tested a few AC with positive results
  10. I got to fly properly last night, once again extending thanks, you went over and above, it now feels like a properly implemented feature. Would it be useful if there was an updated and up to date repository on the dev side that all third parties could take the basics from, even ED have been a little lazy implementing the full suite of options for some aircraft, so it isn't just a 3rd party problem ? that way all teams could easily add the basics to their projects ? win win for all.
  11. In the latest patch notes..... FFB (Force Feedback joysticks support): Fixed FFB being way too feeble with low stick deflection. Added FFB shake option. Added FFB adjustment options to the Special Options menu. Look forward to trying it tonight, appreciate that, thank you.
  12. @NineLine In extreme cases like this, where something is terminally broken immediately after a patch, as in this case, is there not a way third parties can get a hotfix out, it doesn't feel like an unreasonable request when you consider there is people who are literally unable to use their content for way past a month now ?
  13. Selfishly I have to concur, for an absolute game ending bug like this it is maybe unreasonable to be denied use of the product for maybe 4 - 6 weeks when mid term hot fix might resolve small but game breaking issues like this ?
  14. Have we any idea when the patch drops out of interest, literally been weeks and weeks since I have been able to fly these planes ?
  15. I am hopeful, the implementation on the Tomcat is among the best I have seen as well, just a shame other teams don't elevate some importance to this as well with the same attention to detail.
  16. No doubt non force feedback stick owners again interjecting the worthlessness of force feedback implementation and support.......gets tiring debating people who have no clue the value of the system - in their minds it is just some exaggerated stick shaking arcade nonsense - right ?

Just because a country bought an exported version of an Aircraft doesn't suddenly give that country the legal right to authorise the use of that aircraft or any of its systems, thinking like that is pure craziness, you realise of course when you buy military hardware it comes with terms and conditions, and the rights to the equipment and technical IP's are always owned by the manufacturers and not the users ? Using the logic displayed here , I once owned a BMW, therefore I can sell the rights to use that BMW in any games I decide to sell the licence to.......
  18. Personally I would be quite happy if no projects were announced in advance, the first you hear about it is when the option to buy it goes live, suit me just fine, not waiting for something if you never know it is coming until it is here then right ?
  19. On a positive note its giving me a chance to setup my new VR headset properly in prep for other cool stuff that is coming, so yes, all is not lost

Would you consider some of the other nice fx we see in other modules, for example buffet effects when you exceed optimal AoA etc ? it makes flying those aircraft feel as seat of the pants as you can get without actually sitting in them when you have just a little feedback in your hands like that ?? other easy wins are feeling the expansion joints as the wheels go between the concrete slabs at the airfields, super low key stuff that add tons to immersion ? a gentle vibration when you deploy the flaps, I could go on but I digress, anything you are prepared to put into this is massively appreciated as it really does elevate the experience flying when it is implemented fully - in just the same way my Jetseat adds a ton as well.
