  1. Okay, I've been flying the Gazelle for a short time but the one area I seem to keep running into trouble is how to transition from forward flight into auto-hover. Sometimes I get it right but most times I screw it up. Any hints/advice from the learned masses?
  2. It's available now in the users d/l section! Thanks Devrim!
  3. Finally had a chance to spend some time watching your tutorials, amazing to say the least. Short, concise, and to the point! They are a big help in learning the Gazelle! Thank you!
  4. Probably wasn't intentional. Thanks for adding to the thread and including that "Aruco" marker video. Like you, I have a homemade 3 pt clip that works extremely well with OT.
  5. You don't need a clip per se, but the current version of opentrack has the facetracker disabled. You can print and use the "Aruco" marker that gets mounted near you forehead and the camera will track it. I've only really used OT with the 3 pt clip, mine is homemade and works fine. Information for other tracker methods w/OT is sparse too say the least. Try a google/youtube search for opentrack/aruco/headtracker and you should find something to help you out. Also, browse through the wiki too get some more information.
  6. MicroProse's F15 Strike Eagle. Around 1985 for the Atari computer (8 bit with a whopping 8k of memory).
  7. If you go to the opentrack site click on the link for the Wiki. There are some links there for a couple of videos plus further information on getting it set-up. What camera are you using, and what type of clip? https://github.com/opentrack/opentrack
  8. Should be four X's on the screen in opentrack, 3 green for LEDs and 1 red for center of head. Sounds like you might need to perform the calibration steps. Also, you made need to fiddle with the Point Extraction setting in the Point Tracker menu. Here's a link to a video showing the calibration steps. [ame] [/ame]
  9. You can try this one I attached. Not exactly sure what you mean by "fast" ? Just change the file ext to ini. DCS KA50 - Copy.txt
  10. Have you tried uninstalling, and re-installing the Saitek drivers? Go here: http://madcatz.kayako.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/604/0/windows-10--saitek-hotas-beta-drivers-and-software-release and d/l the driver and follow the instructions on how to completely remove the old driver. Sounds like the unique GUID #'s for the stick/throttle are getting switched.
  11. Okay. Do you keep them plugged in all the time? Win 10 had a bad habit of re-enumerating USB devices, joy 0 would become joy 1 and joy 1 would become joy 0. Try keeping them plugged in to the USB 3 ports all the time and make sure you have fast boot enabled in Win 10. The problem went away a few months back with a 10 update for myself and some other IL2-BOS users. This only applies to your issue with Windows 10. I haven't experienced the problem when I update DCSW.
  12. What operating system are you using? How do you have the x-55 connected? Through a USB hub, a powered USB hub, or direct to the PC?
  13. The 1.5 update with the F-86 release is available.
  14. Wow, just wow! Great video!
  15. The new X-56 is due out soon. Some minor changes from the X-55. http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/x56.html
  16. There are two versions of 1.5, the beta and release. The F-86 only got updated in the beta version, the update for the release version should follow along in a day or two.
  17. Do you have any sensitivity set for the X55 stick? I found that in IL2-BOS it caused a need to keep centering OT, once sens was set to 0 the problem went away. Just a guess on my part but you never know. I'm using the latest OT and do not have the problem.
  18. Take a look here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=162022
  19. Can you adjust the dead zone w/TrackIR ? If so, you may want to experiment with it on the Z axis.
  20. Can't you change the dimensions in TrackIR ? Should be a setting somewhere to do that. I don't use TrackIR but it should be doable.
  21. What a neat idea! Will definitely give this a try.
