I just tried it with release 1.5.8 and 2.2, worked fine for me.

It would probably tick-off some folks if we got it for $35.00, when they recently paid $50.00 for the pre-purchase. A sale at the pre-purchase price would have been nice, since the details stated "50% off ALL other modules...".

I ordered mine on 11/17 and it did not ship until 12/7. Still hasn't made it to the customs office in New York. With any luck maybe a Saturday delivery, but more than likely not till after Xmas.

See if you can locate a used PS3 eye camera, pretty cheap, around $10.00 at Game Stop stores here in the US. If you build a clip with IR LEDs you'll need to modify the camera (if you can build a clip you can mod the camera) to remove the IR filter. As for software I would recommend Open Track, it's free, still being developed, and works great. Lots of good info here: http://www.free-track.net/english/

I recently had a charge denied by BOA due to it being suspect (European). Went to my BOA online account and verified that it was an authorized charge. Had to go back and re-order the product and it was approved. Not a problem, I'm glad that it works this way. A bit of an annoyance I can live with.

Yeah, I recently ordered the T-50 and will use it with the Warthog or X55 throttle until the VPC throttle becomes available. Depends on if I can sell the Warthog when the T-50 gets here. Of course this is a birthday, anniversary, Xmas gift...December is a busy month here.

Ok, and thank you very much! Edit: 10/21. After working w/this mod some more I figured out that if I fly the Gazelle 1st with the default cockpit, then switch to the English version, all seems fine. If I fly the 1st mission w/English selected that's when the flashing/missing terrain issue appears. I've done cleanup/repair, checked, and re-checked all settings to no avail. It works fine in the current 1.5, but not in 2.1. Really strange to say the least. Edit: Set up a solo mission using the L and the outcome was the same.

Having trouble getting this one to work. I have the current alpha version installed and I have executed the bat file per the read me. Installing either manually, or via OVGME, results in all the exterior graphics just flashing between black and white, the external view however is OK. I've used your previous versions of this mod before w/o any problems. Any suggestions? Edit: Installed in the 1.5.7 version by running bat file and then via OVGME and it works fine. I wonder if the glitch in the alpha version has to do with the updated Gazelle?

Which version of OT are you using ? Probably doesn't matter but who knows. Can you post a copy of your ini file ? I'll be unavailable most of the day but I would like to look through the ini to see if anything pops out. Edit: When you click start in OT is the red light on the camera coming on?

I'm running OT on the CE update w/o any issues. You probably already tried this but does adjusting the min/max pixel settings in OT have any effect? Running OT at the admin level?

Sounds like a hardware issue. What happens if you open cleye and play with the exposure and gain settings? Or could it be an issue with your clip? I know LEDs are supposed to last quite a while, but you never know. Can you check the continuity on your clip ?

You can try and increase the dead-zone on the z-axis.

Make sure you are running OT at the admin level.

I've been using Opentrack for quite some time now with PS3 eye and homemade 3 point clip. Never used TrackIR so I can't compare, but Opentrack does the job, and does it well. It can be a bit tricky getting it set-up, but it is rock-solid for me. Plus it is still being developed and updated. Ah, the age thread... I'll be 65 in Dec. Age is only a state of mind... some days I'm 20 and some days I'm 80. Depends on what is on the "honey do list".
